Croquette hors d'oeuvres, blend of roasted red pepper, sharp cheddar, rolled in panko breadcrumbs. Medjool dates stuffed with goat cheese & toasted almonds then wrapped in bacon and cooked in our wood-fired oven. Ok, so first off - the food is incredibly delicious. But what was really special about Mountain Crust was all the things they do beyond just serving food. They set the vibe for our happy hour - so fun and friendly! They served beer, wine, and even batch cocktails for our guests! They made our gluten-free and dairy-free guests their own special pizzas! They cleaned up all the dishes and trash! I was so impressed by the food, service and friendliness. I would highly recommend Mountain Crust to anyone who is hosting any kind of event - this will take it to the next level, and your guests won't stop

Kathryn and her crew really exceeded my expectations. They were all super friendly and easy going and fed my entire bridal party before we even had the ceremony — I was blown away by that! They always tell you,… “oh, make sure you eat bc you won’t get a chance to and then you’re starving the whole night”. That was not the case with Mountain Crust. I had food brought to us during pictures even! They truly are unique in how they brought energy and enthusiasm into their creative work. I would highly recommend them to ANYONE who loves pizza.

We used Mountain Crust for catering for our wedding and would HIGHLY recommend them for anyone looking for delicious food, entertaining staff and a dining experience that is fun and festive. If you're not looking for those things, then sure pick some boring caterer that is going to serve cold chicken or dry fish.....or get smart and have the best pizza caterer in Colorado come make your wedding the ultimate celebration!.....LOVE LOVE LOVE.

Mountain Crust is AMAZING!! They bring an awesome energy to the event and delicious food! Ryan and Kath were super easy to work with and very responsive. Our guests are still talking about the food! We had the Moroccan meatballs and Gnudis for our cocktail hour and all we could eat pizza!
The pizza is set up buffet style, so you can mix and match as much as you'd like. The staff were personable and interacting with all the guests and Ryan made sure that my husband and I got to try all the pizzas during dinner.

Mountain Crust catered our wedding in June 2021 and absolutely crushed it. BOOK THEM!! They bring incredible energy to the party, they will blow you away with their presentation and deliver absolutely incredible food. You won't regret having them cater your wedding. Their pizza, salads, and appetizers are all incredible and their people are awesome! Ryan was easy to work with, super responsive and made the process stress free for us!

Mountain Crust is beyond any pizza catering you could possibly imagine. The staff is so well equipped. they bring so many FUN, uplifting people and they handle EVERYTHING FLAWLESSLY! Ryan & the team I had at my wedding i just can’t say enough good words about. I wish i could hang out with them in everyday real life! We did passed lettuce cups,… buffalo chicken dip, charcuterie, as well as pizza and salad. They handle food allergies so any gluten free guests were so excited to be worry free and eating!!!! Mountain crust was so easy to work with. They were super helpful and friendly. I emailed back and forth with Kathryn. She was great! She was even there on the wedding day. She watched out for my now husband and I. She brought us appetizers because she knew that we probably wouldn't get any, which was super considerate. They allowed us to take some shots with the truck and making pizza. They even packed us some pizzas to take home since they knew we probably couldn't eat normally.

We had Mountain Crust Pizza come out to Castle Rock for a work event and they were amazing! Kat was so easy to work with to get it all scheduled. The evening of the event, everything was easy- they were all set up, making pizzas, walking around offering slices to everyone, had the bar of beer and seltzers set up for us. I kept hearing people talk about how great the pizza was- and it was! The truck is just ADORABLE and Kat's staff was so incredibly friendly. They were talking with the kids; just getting people together and socializing. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I'm looking forward

This place is AWESOME! We had their truck and team out to both of our commercial office buildings to do a tenant appreciation event and they were a huge hit! Their team had such great attitudes and personalities that definitely brought some great laughs and smiles to our tenants. Every single pizza we tried was fantastic and super flavorful. I was a guest at the Page-Karalekas wedding in Lyons last weekend and have not stopped talking about #1 How amazing the wedding was but #2 How impressed, 1,000% impressed I was with the Mt. Crust Catering company. Professional, FUN and great at feeding drunk guests late night 🍕. The staff killed it! Then I found out the founders are from Minnesota and it all made sense! 😁

Made the party! My husband hired MCC to help with a surprise birthday for me and I was blown away by how they were able to integrate into the party! From the atmosphere they create to… the service and creative solutions to food allergies this team is incredible! I know several of my friends have already hired them for parties in the future.

Their artichoke dip was to die for, the staff was all super friendly and professional, and they made my coworker gluten free pizza from scratch! The best part was definitely that fresh pizza🤤🍕! I cannot say enough good things about Mountain Crust! Ryan and his team made our day even better than we could have imagined. They are so fun and personable and kept the party going all night! They were thoughtful enough to save a plate of appetizers for my husband and I while we were taking our photos during cocktail hour, so we didn't have to miss out on the delicious food! They also ended up saving the day when our sound system wasn't working. Ryan brought in his speaker and got the music going right away. Mountain Crust delivers! Beginning to when we showed interest in them catering our event, Katherine and Ryan were great! In midst of the entire COVID pandemic, they tailored all of our needs. They traveled with us to Breckenridge which was not the original plan. They made sure me and my husband were fed and even sent us home with two pizzas and a souvenir! Probably the worst experience I've had with a caterer. We first met Ryan and he was amazing (note how all the reviews were for Ryan) but unfortunately we got Karen or kathrine or whatever. She was an hour late for what we spoke about saying her paperwork showed a different time. Which happens, the cocktail hour was only slightly delayed which wasn't the end of the world. Probably should have called the day before to confirm which was our bad. The staff on this crew was so unenthusiastic it hurt to speak to them.
