Absolutely an amazing experience with bell roofing. Dennis was quick to respond and gave me an extremely well done new roof. He and his crew were fast, neat, and had a week long job done in 3 1/2 days. They fixed every part of my roof that needed it without taking more then was needed. Cant express my gratitude enough. 10/10

We had some fascia boards on our 20 year old tile roof that had dry rotted. Russ came out to give us an estimate and was VERY knowledgeable. We got a quote from another roofing company and they were just going to replace the boards. Russ explained that the problem was caused by missing support rafters in the dry rotted corners. His quote was actually a little cheaper than the other company and they fixed the problem so it doesn't happen again! His crew, Jorge and Alfredo, were awesome and very detail oriented. Everybody showed up on time and cleaned up before they left. Would definitely recommend

Needed our tile roof repaired due to a leak. Bell Roof Co was recommended to me by two individuals. Bell Roof Co was prompt to come to our home to check for the cause of the leak. The gentleman was thorough in his inspection of the roof, he even noted that there was a cover missing on our water heater vent. I felt comfortable with him and the estimate for the repair. Bell Roof had a crew at the house the next day. They were courteous, quick, and left things clean. What a great experience. Than you Bell Roof Co.

Dennis came out to bid on a hot mop for my decks. Having been a contractor, I could not believe how he was talking to me. Dennis began scolding me on the workmanship of the deck. "How do you expect me to make my tie in when the doors that were installed are too low... as if it was my fault. Dennis continued and I said why don't we just knock the whole house down huh. Then, I said sir just write everything down that is wrong and put it in your bid. Because I knew this grump and his crew are not coming on my property ever again.

If I could give them 1 star I would. Horrible customer service. I waited 2 weeks for them to call back. Left messages and called twice. Nothing! I have 3 homes that needed a new roof and repairs. Had to give the job to another Roofing co who called me within 24 hours. Surprised this Co is still around.

The representative from the established company was prompt, informative and clear on all points. He met his staff at my home on the morning of the repair to clarify the job specs. The work was done quickly and the area was kept very clean. Tomorrow will be the first big rain since the repair......i am so relieved to have called this company!
