DO NOT waste your money with this shyster. I ordered a Palapa kit in 2016. Put it together and it looked great. The thatch didn't last 6 months. Silly me, I blamed the fact that I didn't pay extra to seal it and hurricanes. When I was ready to replace the thatch I talked to Tiki Ted via email to confirm that I was replacing like with like thatch. Paid extra to have it sealed. Waited 2 months for stock to come in. Paid just under $600 (had it sealed this time) and was sent a defective, clearance item that was damaged upon receipt. Contacted Tiki Ted only to be told that it was the shipper or my
