Your building is an important investment in your company's future. Your business operations, tenants, employees, and assets are protected by a critical component of the building: the roof system. It is your first line of defense against Chicago's harsh weather conditions and high pollution levels and it requires care and attention.
This old building is used by the church as their offices and daycare center. The beautiful vaulted ceiling with a wood plank ceiling is the main feature of the play area of the day care center. As you can imagine insulating this type of construction is not an easy task. This building was insulated on the exterior with 3 of perlite under the old shingles.
What proved to be somewhat of a complication on this roofing project was the fact that the existing steel deck under the old acrylic-coated EPDM roof system was inappropriately attached. This improper fastening of the roof assembly substructure allowed a good amount of differential movement to take place between the deck, the polyisocyanurate insulation boards, and the old single-ply roof membrane during expansion/contraction cycles.

Terrible experience from the beginning. They should be ashamed of the quality of their work! I would stay as far away from this company as possible!

I was shocked at how rude they were. We emailed them to say we were not happy with the service and they literally responded, "deal with [it]." I didn't even really know how to respond. I haven
