That says a lot about our clients' satisfaction.
If you have a successful business, chances are that you will be involved in business litigation at some point. We have the experience to help you navigate these occasional bumps. The choices you make in the beginning stages of your business matter. These decisions will lay the groundwork for everything from tax structure and control of the business to your personal liability if a lawsuit is successful against your business.
The types of legal disputes a business may encounter are varied, limited only by the nature of its business activities. As a business owner, you may disagree over whether a vendor has fulfilled its contractual obligations with you. A client may disagree over the service or product you provided. Consumers may allege that your advertising or transactional practices violated applicable federal laws against consumer fraud.
Fiduciary duty is a legal term of art that describes the relationship between two parties and obligates one to act in the interest of another. In a fiduciary relationship, there is a strict legal obligation of the fiduciary to act in the best interest of the principal and ensure that there are no conflicts of interest.
Sometimes we discover that an injury or harm is common to more than just one party. In a situation where a common defendant has harmed similarly situated plaintiffs, we might recommend a class action. A class action may be appropriate in many legal contexts. In the example of a business owner, a vendor might have failed to perform its contractual obligations not only with you, but also with your competitors.

Attorney Thaler is top notch! He represented me in an unusual matter and was victorious. He kept me up to date regarding my case and went the distance despite multiple roadblocks. He was a beacon which allowed me to defend myself and my privacy. I hope I don’t need him again but if I do..... I will not hesitate to use him!!!!

I was just on the phone with one of there " attorneys" and he said they give a free consultation. But as I was asking him questions he continued to try and make me feel uncomfortable by tying to rush me off the phone. Then hung up on me . Please don't go to these people your business. There's a lot of people out there that really want to help and will act like professionals. Feel sorry for the people that even give this guy a job ... I'm sure they have no idea that he's ruining their business.
