The resident selection process starts with your advertising, so stop using cell phone grade photos, and let's do a little more than a for rent sign in the yard. I have rented from management companies in the past and this is by far the worst communication I have ever relieved from a company. Would not recommend renting from them, there are better management companies out there. They will try to charge you for “lost” mail. Multiple people message you so you never know who you are actually speaking to. They all give you a different message. Thankful for my lease to be over with them!

I drove from West Allis to the north side of Milwaukee for a showing and the place was already rented. I called and waited outside for 20 minutes before I was alerted that it was rented. Don't waste your time on this unprofessional company!

I had a home inspection set up to turn over rental house. Nobody showed up. Nobody answered my calls, texts or emails. Waited for an hour! Very unprofessional!!

This property management company is the worst. They were constantly charging exorbitant amounts for "repairs" or "maintenance" for my properties and on top of the repair charges, they would add more expenses for "repair commissions". Their management fees are ridiculous (over 11%) and they don't even have your best interests in mind. For example, one of my units needed a new gas stove. They went ahead and replaced it, then charged me $800 for the stove. That amount is just ridiculous to me, when I know I can purchase one from Home Depot for $400-$500 with free

SCAM...Property was decent. Issue with the staff and not returning phone calls. Was charged $116 for replacement key to the mailbox. And left the apartment in good shape but was charged $60 to remove a kitchen cabinet left behind and $125 for FINAL CLEANING. Still trying to figure out what is final cleaning when there wasn’t any trash left behind and the floors and walls were clean? They are totally a scam

It's hard to know how REIS is actually operating now. They merged with MKE Property Management and they are now WHMilwaukee (Welcome Home Milwaukee)

Unfortunately, I can not recommend REIS/WHMilwaukee for Landlords or tenant.

We hired REIS with very little time and ability to perform research due to a job relocation. Jacob Nelson pitched REIS as "all inclusive" and "transparent." They claimed repeatedly not to "nickel and dime people like the other guys." We went with them knowing we could switch property management companies later, which we did within a year

If you want to be nickeled and dimed, waste a lot of time, have bad accounting records and lose money then please go with Ed, Matt and team.

I have been a landlord for over 12 years in multiple states with multiple properties and this is the only management company I have fired. I was with MKE which later became MKE Reis and later became Welcome Home Milwaukee. I tried to make it work for 2 years but it was a bad business decision.

I give Ed 1 star for helping when I first acquired this property. He did go to the property a couple times while I had issues with an unrelated contractor. After that

We moved both houses to Ed and his company beginning to 2018 from Renters Warehouse. After Ed was able to provide great references to us. Then one house had tenant turn over in August, the repair bill was huge, and my wife called and try to figure out all the different line items (like $299 to drive some items to the dump, or $100 to put in light bulbs). Their maintenance guy Andrew, was a Slick Willie. Andrew would promise on the phone a price, then we get a surprised bill later, and he always managed to confuse or convince us to pay. Their accounting is very hard to read or understand. Close

If you want mice, roaches ,bed bugs,and Very Rude and racist ownership go here. I was told by a few Current tenants that maintenance issues do not get handle right away in certain areas. Most of what i seen was half to worked on or never worked on. I seen leaking water faucets, crack walls and baseboards form of molding on ceilings in the apartments and in one of the single family i seen. I team up with a man name Tyler egglefield. We both agree that Ed the owner of Mke pm. Is very rude and disgusting and disrespectful to his tenants. People want get customer service,( they are paying

I've worked with Ed for awhile now. I have been through numerous property management companies... Milwaukee Metro, MPI - this is the first one that has been good.

I would say that each of those other two lost me thousands of dollars. MPI is the dumbest group of people I have worked with. Milwaukee Metro is unresponsive, segmented, and nobody has a clue what is going on (the owner is in NJ now).

I almost don't want to give them a good review because they make my business run. I almost rather let people go to MPI, get screwed, want out of the business, and sell me their properties. This
