Yes, our maids come prepared with all the necessary supplies and equipment. But if you have a special surface or item that requires a special product, you will need to provide that in case it is something we don't use. Do let us know beforehand or when booking the service, if you prefer that our cleaners use your own equipment instead.

Communication was easy, response times were quick. I was given an hour window for arrival and the crew arrived 30min after that window--not a huge deal, I understand that the job before mine might have taken longer than expected. The two women were very courteous and kept masks on the whole time. I'm giving 4 stars because I wasn't terribly impressed with the level of cleanliness (our upstairs still had some dirt on the floors). I highly recommend Sparkling Kleen. Hernan is very responsive and helpful and the crew that comes weekly to clean our house is thorough and friendly. We are always impressed with the job they do, the house is sparkling clean each time they leave. They also wear masks and are very nice to our two cats.

What a wonderful company. We just bought a house that was very dirty. Sparkling Kleen did an awesome job deep cleaning our new home! They were very attentive when my husband walked them through the house to show them our problem areas. They had to call more people in (completely understandable) and did a beautiful job. They cleaned appliances, base boards, cobwebs, dust, floors, honestly anything you can think of! We also did their carpet cleaning service and highly recommended. We are thinking of using them multiple times a year!

They clean my house really good and were able to do it on short notice and really worked with me on the dates of me getting my keys to my new house for them to get in. Very friendly and apply with COVID-19 guidelines. Overall very happy with there service here. And customer service is phenomenal. Would definitely recommend for cleaning and carpet steam cleaning.

We have been using Sparkling Kleen for a few months now and we are VERY happy with their quality of service. The crew clean our residence once every two weeks and I always look forward to it! In addition to the standard cleaning services I would typically expect (or that we received with other cleaning services), the crew goes above and beyond.... They clean every nook and cranny and even fold all of our blankets, make our beds, clean our espresso machine, and even clean the bowls where we store fruit/veggies on our counter! My wife and I own several investment properties in Federal Way and Sacramento. We needed a company to do a "Move Out Cleaning" on a condo unit of ours in Federal Way. On the scheduled day of service the cleaning team arrived and spent 4 1/2 hours cleaning the unit. Because we are based in Sacramento we were not able to inspect the condo firsthand. We received specific feedback from property agents that several areas in the condo needed additional housekeeping attention. No problem. These guys don't answer their phones or text back at all. I tried for over a week to get monthly cleaning setup and as of this review have not heard back from them.
The cleaning they did do was fine but not perfect. Leaving minor damage on my walls and wires for my electronics unplugged and tangled.
I would not recommend them until they get a better person to manage their phone lines. Someone who actually calls instead of always texting and who answers text messages in a timely fashion if texts are necessary

We were moving out of our Tacoma house. They came earlier than appointed time, did a great job, followed instructions, and completed the job in fewer hours than they quoted. They authorized my credit card for the full quoted amount, but then a day or two later lowered the charge (without being asked) to the correct charge for the lesser number of hours they actually worked.
