I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I am incredibly passionate about the mental well-being of our teenagers in the Vail Valley. I understand the complex and often competing forces that can impact youth success, and I have become well versed at developing customized intervention strategies that address these challenges and empower teens and families to succeed.
The most pronounced trait I have encountered in my teenage clients in the last eight years is resilience. I believe that every person has the innate capacity to overcome the difficulties that life presents. This potential is tapped through collaboration between the client and the therapist to discover which tools and approaches will work best in each situation.

You have taken a very positive step by deciding to seek therapy. The therapeutic relationship is unique in that it is highly personal and, at the same time, a contractual agreement. Before you commit to anything, let's talk on the phone to make sure we would be a good match for each other. I do not currently participate in any insurance plans.
