I've consistently had a spectacular experience on every one of my frequent visits. The wine and menu is developed each month with an attention to detail and degree of excellence that deserves recognition on a grander stage.
When combined with a beautifully choreographed service, a meal at Saint Urban is simply amazing.
I look forward to each new month and it's become a ritual and tradition.
Tl;dr: bloody amazing, trust the tasting menu, splurge on the wine. You will not be disappointed.

We are so fortunate to have a restaurant such as this in our community. Not only is the food and ambiance superb, but the staff is some of the best trained I have ever encountered. They are extremely knowledgeable about the food and really take on the roll of guides as they help you select from the incredible wine and food choices. St. Urban may not be cheap, but it's worth every penny.

I'm obsessed with this place! We went for dinner last night and ordered the seven course option with upgraded wine pairings. I opted to substitute two of the wines for some icons (Lafite and D'Yquem)! Everything was great and a very memorable experience. Super excited to have a restaurant of this caliber in Syracuse!

Fantastic lovely venue for an amazing dinner. If you opt for the 3 course or the 7 course dinner you cannot go wrong. Prices are reasonable at 95$ without wine. But the wine selections are truly amazing from Scott to Karin and not to mention the Chef Jared. This place is worth the 4 hour drive from NYC. Stay at the Embassy suites make it a weekend trip. Overall will definitely return why wouldn't you. We love it.

The food and wine was absolutely exceptional and is 5 stars. But our main server was incredibly condescending to my partner while we were there. The other servers were totally helpful and polite but the one we saw most often lectured my girlfriend where she was too tip after we spent between two people 600 dollars (we had every absolute intention of tipping appropriately, and my girlfriend and I are the type of patrons who never send anything back, complain etc.) whenever we asked questions about the menu it was met with a tone of condescenion and Annoyance. We kept hoping would be given a new

My Husband and I celebrated our recent wedding here after our original honeymoon plans were thwarted. Both of us opted for the 7 course menu with wine pairing. Upon entering it was clear we would enjoy ourselves. The environment felt like someone’s lovely home kitchen spilled into an upscale dining room. There was a team of servers. We had one doing the bulk of our service, but it was clear they all worked together to take care of the patrons. The staff were kind, knowledgeable and professional. We were taught about the wines paired with each of our courses.

We went to Saint Urban as 2 couples for a special occasion. It is really that kind of place, as the food and wine pairing menu is one of the most expensive we have ever been to.... and we go out a lot. That being said, it was a culinary experience unlike any we have had for some time and every single item we had , starting with crusty house made sourdough bread, was superbly crafted and full of flavor! My husband and i had the Tuna Nicoise for a starter, and it and it was silky and so fresh and beautiful. Our friends had the Brandade, and we also enjoyed the pork belly and the bouillabaisse, Although

Went there last night for my boyfriend’s birthday. The food and staff were amazing. We did the 7 course dinner with a nice bottle of wine. Everything was delicious. Scott the server is very friendly and knowledgeable. All the staff are on top of it. The scallop with the pea risotto tasting was my favorite. The chefs sure know what they are doing. Thank you for a great evening. We will return.

Saint Urban is UNREAL! Tucked behind rise and shine on Wescott, saint urban is a very fancy tasting course spot. The menu changes weekly, and is hyper seasonal with choosing in season ingredients. There are three course for 45$, 5 for 75$ and the option to add wine pairings chosen by their sommelier. Each month, they pick a new region and our region was tucked in Burgundy in France.
We went for graduation and spent almost 2 hours enjoying the courses and even added an additional cheese course (not pictured).
Definitely fancy and not an everyday spot, but perfect for a romantic date or special

It's been said but I'll say it again: best dining experience in Syracuse and surrounding areas. May not find the best-thing-you-ever-ate here but the experience is so worthwhile. And don't get me wrong, it's all delicious. I went in Aug '20 and recently got their take-away "en cocotte" style dinner for two. Both great experiences! Saint Urban will be my g9 to for special occasions.

Chic, somewhat eclectic, tasty... and good. Solid call for French cuisine.
Super friendly, attentive and professional staff. The dining room is rightly spaced with a decor to fit.
The meal starts out with a bread and butter starter.
You basically have two ways to go in dining direction; 3 course or 6 course... we went 3.
The appetizers we chose were porcini flan and the fluke. Loved them both.
We both went with the cod as the main entree. We both felt the same... very very good. Nice flavor without a fishy finish.
Deserts choices were poached pear and single origin chocolate. The pear

This food was incredible, and once we were seated our service was fantastic. The timing of the dishes was perfect. The menu changes weekly and the cuisine changes monthly--a great concept to keep this upscale restaurant fresh each visit. A couple of things that would have made this a 5-star review:
We had a reservation for 7:15 and needed to wait about 20 minutes for our table to become available.
I'm not sure if it was that it was not explained well to us or if it was masks and the conversations of others that made it difficult to hear our server, but the explanation we received describing

We visited Saint Urban last night for the first time. It was the best dining experience I've had in Syracuse. From the service, to the environment, to the wine, to the food. Words truly cannot capture the exquisite experience of Saint Urban. It is not overpriced and it is not pretentious as others have suggested.
It gives me great hope and pride for Syracuse that we have such a restaurant here.

Fantastic new place that opened up on westcott. This place has amazing cuisine. Great for a date night for sure (for a pretty significant celebration as it's pretty expensive). Whenever we have gone they have 3 course meals which are super interesting and delicious. For starters their bread is amazing. We had a pumpkin garlic apple custard which was simply outstanding for the first course. Second course was a monk fish in a New England sauce and it was delicious. We lapped up every drop of the sauce. My desert was fruit and Brie and it was great as well. All for $39. They have a very clever

It's a great addition to the foodie community. The atmosphere feels like you're somewhere hip and chic. As far as the menu options we had the three course meal. Now if you want to come here and feel full this is not the place you want to be. Here they want you to experience the subtle flavors and enjoy and be comfortably full.
The presentation was beautiful. The service was excellent. Loved that they have local salt and use local vendors for their food sources. I really enjoyed being able to look into the kitchen to see how things were running.
Parking can be a pain if the area is
