Services
Burge Engineering & Associates, Inc. is committed to earn the trust and respect of each client by providing professional engineering and consulting services that are completed on schedule and within budget. Because of our past successes, our ability to give back to our community by employing local professionals, using local vendors and suppliers, and supporting charitable events, has increased year after year.
It is with pleasure that I submit this letter of recommendation on behalf of Burge-Martinez Consulting, Inc. Burge-Martinez served as the testing lab for many of our construction projects in which their workmanship was outstanding. Additionally, their staff members were available, responsive, and most importantly honest in all of their work.
BEA provides Geotechnical Engineering Services throughout Central and South Texas, which has highly variable geologic conditions that include sands, gravels, bedrock, and some of the most highly expansive clay soils encountered in the U.S. The highly variable geologic conditions often become more problematic with the presence and/or seasonal changes of groundwater.
BEA provides Construction Materials Testing Services and Quality Control that are required on construction projects to insure that the project is being constructed in accordance with the project specifications. These services range from on-call testing to full-time observation and testing services depending on the type of construction and the owner's desired level of quality assurance.
BEA's Environmental Professionals work primarily with industry leaders to provide a complete line of environmental services for real estate transfers, hazardous materials characterization, and air monitoring. These services, which include Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Phase II ESAs are commonly conducted during the due diligence phase when a property is being considered for purchase.
