I can't recommend Natalie enough. I met her through a mutual friend, and I feel like I've struck gold. During my first visit, we talked through my hair-goals, and she's been brilliant at cutting and coloring the way I envisioned. But I also love the way she has great suggestions to better my overall style. She's a pro who listens to her clients, and I love her!

First time I came in august for hair color. I loved it. It came out so beautiful I still get compliments to this day which is why I came back to get my hair styled for my wedding and I deeply regret that decision now. I bought a package they had on their booking website which states as "wedding hair and makeup". Days leading up they sent me an email confirmation and text message confirmation, I confirmed to both and was ready to go. This review is long overdue. Rather than take our daughter to one of those gimmicky kids’ cuts places for her first haircut, we opted for Isabella Cao at Chignon. For the past three years she has been the exclusive stylist to our daughter. She has been so sweet and kind and doesn’t take any shortcuts when it comes to her work. From the gentle wash with head massage to cut, to style, you really get (more than) what you pay for with Isabella. If she can squeeze you in, you’re in for a treat! She is the best!

All I gotta say is HOLY MOLY that’s the best damn shampoo head massage I have EVER received. I’m still thinking about it.
Alicia always lifts my spirits after my hair is done. I go on there, with 5 ideas, 10 minutes of probably a really confusing description for her, and I end with “just do whatever you think is right”, and that’s why I am still going there after 5 years. She is overly generous, too generous. Thank you for the wonderful conversations, and it always feels like home. I just love it there.
And now the titillating head massage.

I had been searching for a hair salon for a couple weeks now, always afraid to commit. I hate getting my hair cut, but when the ends of my hair start clumping because they're so dry and dead, it becomes a necessary evil. I bit the bullet and called Chignon. I was able to schedule a same-day appointment with Nicole.
I asked for a long layered cut and decided that my shortest layers would be at my collarbones. I asked Nicole to do whatever she thought would look best, but to only cut 1 - 2 inches off the bottom of my hair max. I wanted to keep some length. She did exactly that! I was surprised
