We offer rehabilitation for a variety of diagnoses. Our PT's are trained in several disciplines and have various tools to improve your condition. We are all licensed, understand that no two bodies are alike, and will work with you to get fit at the right pace. With all the therapists at Movement, you get way more 1-on-1 time than you get at the big names.

You're also getting a therapist who stays current with the new developments in recovery science and someone who tailors the program to your goals. This is the thing that really sets them apart - every body is different in the way it recovers and the treatment needs to follow that. I recently completed therapy at Movement following a knee replacement and have only good things to say about it.

Ability to observe, manipulate, and identify dysfunction. We create assessments, treatments and customized programs based on your individual needs and goals. BFR allows you to receive the benefits of strength training without the stress to your tissue that may be healing during a recent injury or surgery.
Brief and intermittent closing of blood flow from your veins using a tourniquet while exercising. A tourniquet is applied to a limb and pressurized with enough room for arterial blood to flow during rehabilitative exercises. The amount of pressure applied is custom for you. The system maintains or adjusts the pressure to enable a safe, consistent stimulus to achieve your desired outcome.
Taping technique to provide support to muscles and joints without restricting your body's range of motion. The tape is applied over the affected area with the muscles in a stretched position. Then the tape is applied from one end of the muscle to the other with very little to no stretch on the tape itself.

Dr. Sam Shah and Patrick are the best!! I woke up with zero mobility in my neck which I contribute to stress, sleeping in a bad position, always on my computer...the usual factors! They did a combination of mobility work, Graston Technique and Dry needling. I woke up the next day with full range of motion! Additionally, I mentioned my hip hurting in passing and Sam just said "walk towards me" and right away he said, Your left foot keeps inverting.. let's open up your hips.... INCREDIBLE!!
