Looking for the best physical therapy clinic? If you've stopped to look at the reviews for NovaCare Rehabilitation in Palatine, you've found the right place. I've gone there for two issues over the past couple of years, and the staff is always friendly and professional. The highly-skilled therapists do an exceptional job at resolving sports- and work-related injuries, but that's only part of what makes them the best. Phonominal ... more than 5 stars! Each therapist & every staff person is considerate, knowledgeable... kind, caring & often funny! I cannot say enough nice things about this place! I went in for plantar fasciitis and had been in pain for nearly a year when my podiatrist recommended I go there. I had already been to a physical therapist somewhere else before with some progress but nowhere close to where I needed to be. I am glad to report that I am pain free! I just "graduated" from NovaCare last week and I am so happy!

Truly a great place if you need outpatient physical therapy. Staff are all lovely, from front desk to the physical therapists.
PTs are all compassionate and knowledgeable. Everyone also seems to have a good sense of humor and calm friendly demeanor. PTs are trained in variety of therapies including Graston and dry needling. They spend a really good amount of time with you, too. I never feel like I'm being rushed through an appointment and I'm impressed with how much time they set aside for things like 1:1 soft tissue work.

Had such a great experience at this clinic! Every therapist was so knowledgable, caring and willing to help that I felt like I was at home through the whole journey. Every single one of them (Andrea, Jake, Becky, Todd, and Julie) were so good to work with. They are all up to date with the most effective treatment methods, and they are extremely skilled in what they do. They do a great job at giving each patient the proper care they need and making sure progress is always made. There is no such thing as a bad experience here.

Wow!! After going to 30 chiropractic adjustments and accomplishing close to nothing over the course of a year I decided to give a physical therapist a shot as an alternative way to treat terrible lower back pain. Jake did an excellent job after one treatment I was able to start walking without limping and way less pain then I've had in a long time. He used a few different techniques to loosen up muscles in my sacrum area. Some nights walking can be very challenging I look forward to more progress to come. If anyone has ever experienced Vertigo, you will understand the importance of immediate care. I was referred to NovaCare in Elmhurst and found out they had a location in the Palatine area. This was a blessing due to my reliance on a driver, due to my Vertigo and inability to drive and barely stand. I was greeted at the front desk by Patty who was sensitive to my needs and helped immediately. I was treated at NovaCare by Jake Livingston. Jake was thorough and extremely patient. I had a very positive experience w/NovaCare who rehabbed me through a frustratingly long-winded injury that occurred almost two years ago. The first facility I used was sub-par as there was little one-on-one time with the therapists, which led me to find NovaCare. NovaCare was great. I got a lot of personal attention and saw progress with each session. Jake, Rebecca, Andrea and Todd are all excellent therapists, each of whom I can't recommend enough. I just completed my therapy for a knee replacement at Nova Care Rehabilitation and I am so happy I went there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The therapist are excellent!! Both are very helpful, friendly and I cannot express how much the massage therapy they did helped the healing process

I had extensive physical therapy with Deb & Jake related to a hip issue. This was incurred due to marathon training & racing. They provided superior physical therapy. Also, at the end of therapy Jake did a running analysis & coaching to help me avoid future hip issues. I highly recommend Deb & Jake.
