Cosmetic dentistry helps correct aesthetic dental problems like tooth discoloration, chipped teeth, broken teeth, and tooth gaps. Crowns are full coverage restorations that are used to cover a tooth that is likely to break, or is too broken down to be restored with a filling. They are most commonly done after root canal treatment, or when a large filling wears out. The larger the hole made by a cavity that has to be treated, the more likely a crown will be needed.
There are different types of dentures, but they share their common function. They replace teeth that have become loose or been lost due to bone loss. When bone loss around the roots of teeth is great enough to loosen them or let them fall out, it's time for dentures. Relax. No one enjoys losing their natural teeth, but you can still eat and talk regularly.
A filling is a way to restore a tooth damaged by decay back to its normal function and shape. If you have a tooth that requires a filling, the dentist will first remove the decayed tooth material, clean the affected area, and then fill the cleaned out cavity with a filling material. A filling also helps prevent further decay by closing off any cracks or spaces where bacteria can enter.

My husband and I have used Dr. Frugoli since arriving in Reno in 1997. We wouldn't go anywhere else - despite changes to our insurance coverage. EVERYONE in the clinic is wonderful: cheerful and friendly - they even greet you by name -, professional, and caring. I have had many hygienists clean my teeth over the years, and they are amazing. The dentists have done root canals, put on crowns, bonded worn teeth, whitened teeth, done gum repair, and so on.. We trust them completely with our dental care, and always enjoy an office visit. What more can you say?

This is the BEST dental office I have ever been too. Our family has been going there for almost 15 years. Dr. Fugoli is kind and funny.... but more importantly a GREAT dental artist! The staff treats you like family. They don’t have rock bottom prices, but they are fair... also, they don’t pile on BS charges for things you don’t actually need done (like other local dentists I have encountered).
I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Worse experience ever. I am trying to get my teeth cleaned while I have extreme anxiety. They will drug you and three hours later still high. Did 35 minute work. They will schedule me when they get a lunch hour free times theee! Who is the customer? Then charged me triple. My teeth are not perfect but not that bad. Scam

Dr Frugoli has been my dentist now for about a year and it was the best switch from my other dentist to him! He is so gentle and caring and his office staff is absolutely amazing and can always answer any question about billing and what not. Check him out if you are truly looking for a dentist that cares!!

Dr. Frugoli and his staff are great! He made me feel very comfortable every visit. I had a great deal if work done and he made sure everything was done properly and efficiently. My schedule was hectic and Olivia made sure I had my appointment on the days I could go. Overall, this office is fabulous. I am sad I moved away but recommend him 110%!!
