Services
Marie Mitchell moved to Bozeman, Montana with her husband and four children in 1992. She has worked in a variety of health care settings that have provided her with a broad base of experiences and background in pediatric and family health care. Mitchell established an on-site health clinic for the 1,400 employees at the General Electric Company in Charlottesville, Virginia.
However, you are asked to sign and date the bottom of the Registration form that indicates you have been provided with a copy of our Notice of Privacy Practices form. We will make every effort to obtain and review records before your visit. Please note: we only need the practice name, street name (if you know it), city and state on the form.

At Four Corners Health Care, we offer initial adoption health assessments of infants/children from any state or country. We also provide continued comprehensive health care, including acute and chronic health services, for infants and children of foster care and/or adoption. FACT: The most recent data available reveals that 5,648 children were adopted from foreign countries by U.S. citizens in 2015.
