Located in Bozeman, Montana, the Bozeman Clinic is the oldest and one of the finest medical practices in the Gallatin Valley and beyond. We are a privately owned group of seven board-certified family providers who practice their Christian faith and who provide comprehensive and compassionate care for the whole family.

Bozeman clinic is hands down the best clinic I have ever been to, I have had the privilege to be going to this clinic since I was a child and now my son and husband go here as well,
although Dr Mitchell is my primary Dr ( and she is by far one of the best most caring Drs in bozeman) I have had the privilege of seeing all the physicians here and they are all on the same page and treat their patients as if they are family.
And the nurses!!! I can not say enough good about the nurses!! I have had the privilege of seeing all of them as well, and I feel so comfortable and at ease with ALL of them

Just established care here and was so relieved to have (finally!) found a place I love and can confidently recommend to anyone after have 15 years with an incredible physician who left recently. I saw Amy Braaksma. I haven't ever seen anyone who isn't a DO for primary care and Amy was phenomenal; she is a DNP. I never felt rushed and also appreciated that they have a lab right there.

Hands down, best clinic in town. I have had Christie Mitchell as my PCP since 2011. I have received top notch care! It is wonderful to have a doctor that cares about you as a person and never rushes through appointments. I have been seen for urgent issues as well as annual exams. The front office is always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. As someone who has worked in the medical field and in a busy medical practice, I know how much they are juggling behind the scenes. If you need actual medical services just don't go here... I was Amy's patient for a year. I am a mother of a 1 year old toddler and I have severe migraines for the past 9 years and a family history of brain aneurysms. I moved to Bozeman started bring seen here for my migraines.
Amy prescribed me the latest migraine medications and put the nurse in charge of working with my insurance for my prior authorization and the nurse flat out refused to fill out my prior authorization I kept calling for 2 weeks and she kept lying to me that she already filled and submitted I finally called the insurance

This review is about the clinic in general: This clinic is very negative when it comes to dealing with disabled persons. A family member suffers from mental illnesses, which make daily functioning hard -- especially in terms of setting appointments far in advance and being able to keep them in a time manner. I scheduled appointments for the family member, and on the day of the appt. she was unable to keep them. The clinic told me they refused to accept her as patient basically because of her illnesses --i.e, her illnesses caused her to have difficulty in keeping appointment and they did not

Just can't speak highly enough of Dr. Sonnenberg, Dr. Roberts, and every person on their team I've interacted with. My clinic for the last 10 years in Seattle was excellent. Bozeman clinic is on another level of care. Professional, punctual, flexible, extremely personable, and always seem happy you came in or called.

I left my appointment today feeling very upset. When Dr. Benda’s nurse took me back to the room I expressed concerns about my mental health. I told her that my anxiety and depression has been substantially worse than usual lately and that I would like to speak with the provider about it during my appointment. She responded by saying, “Oh honey, being a girl is hard”. I found this incredibly condescending and inappropriate. This was also after reviewing my medical history and medications, so she was aware that I suffer from anxiety and depression, among other things.

I've been a patient at The Bozeman Clinic for the last 4-5 years and I have nothing but amazing things to say! The nurses are all so kind and helpful and my Doctor, Dr. Heather Wheeler is beyond amazing. All of the other Doctors here are also amazing. My whole family goes here and many friends and they only have good things to say about the Doctors! If you go to Bozeman Clinic, you can expect to be cared for 100%! Dr. Wheeler not only cares about my physical healthy but she cares for me as a total person which is so nice.

Overpriced, I understand federal regulations are required for some prescriptions but to overcharge people who are required to have check ups is wrong. The staff is friendly! Very knowledgeable! And quite helpful most of the time but I have definitely had a few bad experiences there. Judging from other comments I'm not the only one. Im not a fan of when doctors pressure you to get vaccines you already had recently. Some are helpful but I only want them when absolutely necessary and it's been tested rigorously for years.

Well, unfortunately, I've had 2 days in a row where I was forgotten about in the exam room. Yesterday, after my Physical with the physician (actually, nurse practitioner, and she was really good) I waited approximately 15-20 min for the regular nurse to return with follow up appts and instructions. Then, today I went in for the Shingles vaccine. After the nurse administered the shot, she told me to wait another 5 min and she'd check back to see if I was having any adverse reaction. Half an hour later I just got up and left. Never did see the nurse again. I have received such excellent care here

They make you pay up front even if you have great insurance that covers 100%. It is extremely stressful going there and checking out. My last prenatal visit, they had a calculator and were attempting to calculate how much I “owe” on a little piece of scrap paper. Apparently, they want money before my baby is even born, before I have any work done. They just want to have money in their account. Why can’t they just send the bills to my insurance first? This was my first time visiting Bozeman Clinic and I must say they were outstanding. Emily my nurse couldn't have been any kinder, just a really wonderful RN. Dr Ramsey was direct and to the point. No sugar coating. Straight up told me what life altering condition I now looked forward to enduring and said he had no doubt that I was able to tackle it.
