Annual wellness exams for women, men, trans, gender non-conforming, and intersex individuals. Bridgercare offers quick and confidential tests for STIs, as well as providing treatment options if a test returns positive. We test for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Herpes, Genital warts, Molluscum contagiosum, Syphilis, Trichomoniasis, HIV, and Hepatitis B and C at our Bozeman clinic.
For ages twenty and under, your provider may listen to your heart and lungs and feel your thyroid. Your birth control method can be reviewed, as well as routine STI screening. You can discuss healthy lifestyle choices with your provider and ask questions about your health. It is recommended that pap smear begin at age 21.
Bridgercare offers a variety of birth control options. With our sliding fee scale, you can have your choice of affordable contraception (regardless if you have insurance or not!). There are two kinds of emergency contraception pills, and determining which type will be the most effective for you depends on your BMI.

Any and every time I have been here the atmosphere is extremely pleasant. The staff, nurses and doctors are all extremely kind, knowledgeable and understanding. I had a terrific experience at Bridgercare! I called the office trying to get in fairly quickly, which they were able to accommodate. The entire team, from check-in to check-out, was so lovely. I saw Dr. Casper who was incredibly warm, helpful, and responsive. I am so glad I stumbled upon this practice!

I love Bridgercare! I’ve been coming here since I was 14, and I’ve never had a bad experience. I’ve gone through lots of different issues with their support, and I’ve always left the appointments feeling heard and well taken care of! I’m very thankful for the sliding scale as well, it makes this kind of care accessible for anyone and everyone!

Not sure they understand how PCOS and insulin resistance works as I was subtly humiliated and fat-shamed by the doc and nurses. The receptionists are very nice and so are most nurses here. For a place people go for reproductive health, I am surprised they felt it necessary to give me the advice they did for the issues I was having. It seems like they are sort of stuck in the past when it comes to their approach on women's health

Great place, great people! BridgerCare has been my go-to for birth control and reproductive health ever since moving to Bozeman in 2007. The sliding fee scale has helped me when I was short on funds, but now I am able to pay full fee or use my insurance which I now have and I am happy to do so to support this place!
Love that you can call in refills or request them online. They have never screwed up an order of mine and have always been quick about adding insurance, and even sending me refunds when things ended up getting covered!

I have been going to this clinic for about 15 years, and I have always felt comfortable with my care. With that being said, I ALWAYS request Lorinda, she is a nurse practitioner, and she is amazing. I recommend her to everyone, but especially young girls who have questions and really need someone who listens and is caring and understanding.
