Gentle, honest, & reasonably priced. Clean facilities, great receptionist, and a floofy office cat to boot!
My pitbull was treated like a queen. They didn't try to push prescriptions or shame me for how I fed her. The last vet shamed me for feeding my dog coconut oil daily... I stopped that and my pup lost 12lb in 30days! I got worried so I went here and the Doc said "it doesn't work for all dogs but if it works for her then feed her the oil"
We'll be back in 30days for a check up on my pups progress.

The staff at Port Cities are nothing short of amazing! When I called for a appointment to have my cat put down they made a spot for us in their busy schedule. Sadly my cat passed minutes before we arrived there, but they welcomed us in and put us in a room to say our last goodbyes to Lily in private. The Care and Compassion is amazing. Thank you so much Jen for making this hard time easier 💜

While all of the veterinarians here are very good, my personal experience with Dr. Angie is nothing less than spectacular. Between her personality and the quality of care she provides, she is second to none. In addition, all of the staff here are exceptional. If you are able to bring your pet here, consider yourself fortunate. Highly recommend.

Beautiful on outside and Lobby but train wreck where it counts!! This is NOT a hospital as advertised!! They do not have emergency services or rarely urgent care. They cannot keep vets on staff and therefore unless you have weeks to wait to get your pet seen....you will be referred to GB or PW...if your pet never gets injured or sick...this place might work, but when it counts...they lack compassion and urgency for your beloved. NOT impressed!!

I just express how much I appreciate Port Cities! Not only have they guided us (myself and two dogs) through emergencies and general care, but I just had my first experience with a dental visit! Dr. Burton personally explained the procedure and the importance of pre-anestesia bloodwork. She and the techs did a fantastic cleaning and exam - her… teeth are like new! Aside from that they clearly took so much care during the cleaning that there was NO redness or discomfort on her gums. I also received a checkup call a few days after to confirm she was doing well. They all treat your pet like

They are very thorough and caring. When I first got a dog they were great at giving me advice. When I got a puppy they were also great at helping me understand all the shots and neutering, which they also did a great job. When I had to put one of my dogs to sleep, the vet was very compassionate and came in early in the morning so my companion did not need to suffer any more. Through all of the services I have not been disappointed.
