We recently moved to the area. We used this clinic when we had to put one of our dogs down. Since that time, we considered trying to make this our full time vet. We made multiple contacts thru email and never got a response. I recently called and they were not accepting new pets. I contacted Healthy paws in falls and they accepted the new pet no questions asked. I understand that businesses are limited in the current environment, but here we were trying to support a local business and it did not happen. I guess I will be brining my 4 pets eslewhere.

Our previous vet was in Sheboygan and it was just ok, because it was closed due to the Coronavirus and I didn't like having to wait outside until they were finished with Megan and her puppies Bella and Dobbie. Additionally they hold your animals hostage until your credit card payment clears! I decided to check out Kiel veterinarian clinic due to the recommendation of a friend. We were visiting family from out of town when our dog became sick with a urinary tract infection. We were pleased that Kiel Veterinary Clinic could fit us in for a sick visit even though we were not established clients with them. Their staff was friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose our dog, give us some temporary meds until lab results came in, and send the results on to our regular Veterinary Clinic. We were very happy with our experience and definitely recommend Kiel Veterinary Clinic!

They offered great care and treatment for your pets. My one complaint is that they are a little bit on the expensive side and payment options are pretty much non-existent. You do have an option for Care Credit which is basically a Veterinary credit card but you must have very good credit to be able to get it. I'm taking my pets there several times and have been happy with the service every time with the exception of the price.
