Management team is very wonderful and responsible. Dayna is friendly, helpful, so prompt with answering every email or call. Accommodating and flexible. She made our move in experience so smooth. Maintenance is also great. Joe fixed our fridge a few hours after request was submitted. It's great to live at a place where there is a great management team.

Thank you for helping me!!! Dana has been such a big help!! All the staff here are super helpful and professional. I knew I wanted to rent here the first thing when I walked in the door. ! The space is very pleasant and quiet. The location is excellent. My whole experience has been extremely agreeable. I just moved in this apartment complex but I already love the office team! Especially Dayna! She’s always ready to help. She have actually solved a few questions and that was very fast. Location is perfect and close to everything. The building is old but an apartment looks cute.

I’ve loved living here. Quiet neighbors (except for the occasional dog bark or screaming child but that’s the typical apartment experience), a really nice maintenance team, and spacious floor plans.
Rent is easy to pay monthly online.
Parking is tough but if you have one car or do not mind walking a few blocks occasionally, you will be fine.
Apartments are older but seem to be holding up pretty well considering our crazy weather.
It’s a hidden gem and I will miss it!

My daughter and I moved here in September 2021. We love this place. Very close to downtown Walnut Creek and our commute is nothing like it was. The apartment is modern and clean. I have had Maintenence in a few times and never had to wait, always there the day I needed help. Dayna in the office was so easy to work with and anytime I have called it never is a bother to her. Very happy we moved here!

I first moved here to Oak & Iron (formerly known as Lincoln Terrace) back in 2006. And I have always enjoyed living here the whole time since back then. What I personally, sincerely and immensely love about living here. Is the fact that, it is an absolute quiet, safe, and peaceful neighborhood. Not to mention, it is within walking distance of downtown Walnut Creek, and you simply cannot beat that. Both managers (Mr. John & Ms. Dayna) are incredibly wonderful to work with, just a grand delight. Each of them are extremely attentive to address any tenet's needs, and are always swift to take action

From my initial call to Oak and Iron to the time I moved in, I had a positive experience. It was a quick and easy onboarding process and my apartment was clean and ready for me to move in. The apartment is spacious with a great sized patio and the complex overall is very quiet and feels safe. If maintenance is needed, head of maintenance, Joe, is always quick to respond. You have laundry on site which allows you to pay using an app. It is located really close to Safeway, Target, and downtown Walnut Creek. It is also right next to the Iron Horse Trail which is great for walking my dog. You are close

We scheduled an appointment to tour and Dayna showed us 3 of the available places which were all really nice. She made the application process really smooth and easy and I am very thankful that we found this place. The rooms are spacious and it’s a relatively quiet place. Parking is tough but we knew it would be moving in so it hasn’t been an issue. You can pay for laundry using an app which I think is very pandemic friendly. I haven’t lived here for long but so far I’ve enjoyed my time here.
