Our apartment was immaculate and extremely well-maintained. The management (Crystal) and on-site, professional maintenance staff (Stuart and Jon) are the best I've ever encountered. Just before my move-out date, my new apartment lease fell through. Fortunately, Crystal went above and beyond to work with me while I searched for a new place on short notice. If I hadn't needed to downsize significantly, I would've never left.

The Windsor is a great place to live! My husband and I have lived here over a year—while both working from home due to COVID—and the staff have gone out of their way to continue making us feel like a community while following health guidance and taking appropriate safety measures. Crystal organized food trucks to park in front of the Windsor back when restaurants were still shut down and they offered contactless delivery, too. The food trucks still come around about once a week, although they are tapering off as restaurants are opening back up in spring 2021. Crystal also organized a holiday

The thought of looking for a new place to live was so draining after the experience that my roommate and I had at our last apartment complex. From the moment that I called The Windsor, I got nothing but a five star treatment. Dealing with the current situation of the Covid-19, we had to do everything virtually and over the phone. Crystal was more then amazing. She did everything in her power to make sure we had an easy and great move-in experience. We felt so at home from the moment that we walked in.

I've lived at The Windsor for 5 years now. And must say it is a fabulous experience. The manager Crystal goes above and beyond the call of duty for all residents on a daily basis. She is pleasant and professional and answers all my needs and questions. Stuart the service supervisor is quick to respond to all my work order requests. He is friendly helpful and does a great job. John keeps the place sparkling and is very hardworking. Overall The Windsor apartments is a great place to live and I am very happy here.

I recently moved from Texas to California and had very little time to find a new home. The Windsor Apartment Homes was the first apartment complex that I toured and I immediately knew it was home. Crystal in the front office was more than helpful during this process! She not only gave us a tour but made it a memorable experience by honestly answering all of our questions as well as providing recommendations on places for electricity, cable, and even great places to eat. The process was fast, efficient, and just downright simple. Since I have moved in, the staff has continued to be beyond helpful

Just moved into The Windsor. Crystal, (property manager), was wonderful to deal with and manages an excellent complex. The Windsor is a concrete building so there is no noise above and below or next to your apt. The facility is secure and the staff very friendly and responsive. After looking at several other complexes in Walnut Creek we’re glad we chose The Windsor. The property is dog friendly, smoke-free and clean. Our neighbors are working professionals and the rents very competitive. Highly recommend this property!

The Windsor is a great place to live, with cost-saving extra perks. The property is spotless, inside and out, including the underground garage. The common areas are well maintained, and always smell fresh. Local competition doesn't come close to quality of life. Maintenance staff are professional, personable, and prompt - with attention to detail. Leasing/business office has excellent communication with tenants. Crystal and Marlon made our decision easy in choosing The Windsor. They are easy to get in touch with, and always happy to help - in fact they go beyond your expectations in customer service

We've truly enjoyed our experience living at the Windsor! Management does a great job and has always been incredibly responsive, personable, and professional throughout our stay here. The common areas are very well maintained, the amenities are great, and any requests we've made have been promptly addressed. We've enjoyed the other folks who live here and have found the location very convenient to freeways and in close proximity to downtown Walnut Creek. My fiancé and I recently relocated from the East Coast and were apprehensive about finding the perfect place in a new area. The Windsor has been everything we were looking for and more and we are so happy to have moved here. The amenities are great (access to the next door Marriott pool and gym and discounts at the hotel’s bar), the unit is spacious and well lit, the building is quiet, and the staff in the leasing office (Crystal and Marlon) and the facilities manager (Stuart) have been amazing to work with and super helpful.
