The Arroyo Residences

Nice and new building. However, the apartments layout really sucks. We had a 900 sqf apartment but it felt like a 650 sqf. Most of the apartment space is wasted for a long hallway and a big laundry machine in the middle of living room. The apartments have a very spacious and nice kitchen and also big bathroom but a very small bedroom and living room. Also, they charged us 200$/month for parking and around the same price for water and sewage every month. Overall, the building looks nice, very beautiful and well designed outdoor but poor apartment layout design.

This is an amazing apartment complex! Always clean and quite! The staff is incredible and on top of everything from maintenance to security of the residences. It's tucked away on a quite street. The roof top pool is amazing and rarely busy.

We lived in a 1 br /1 ba for a year and had a WONDERFUL time! Key things:
-Amazing staff. Michele, Jennifer, and all of the staff do a wonderful job to keep the building running, safe, and abiding by rules. Called out people for noise violations, overcrowding at pool, etc
-Great parking garage with assigned spots
-Amazing location to get to everything you need, esp Target
-Very well sound proofed building, couldn't hear neighbors EVER
-Super easy to move in/move out
-Great leasing office re rent rates, concessions, move out fees, etc
-No issues with other tenants - it's a quiet community

Resident for almost 3 years. Great amenities and location. Smaller building compared to others, which promotes a quiet community and respectful neighbors. Gym and common areas like the grill and pool are rarely crowded - we all have our preferred times to use the amenities that seem to naturally work out. We have a sauna while others don't. Appliances and fixtures are what you'd expect at a luxury apartment.
The management team and staff are the best. Period. Unlike other nearby complexes, this team gets it - they know we pay a slight premium to live here and that we have high expectations for

I just moved in on October 12. This place is wonderful. I call it a modern living. It has hardwood floors and upgraded appliances. It's a 10 minutes walk to BART and 10 to 15 minutes walk to downtown. The staff members are very friendly and the maintenance guy is very helpful

Lovely building which promises great amenities, however it is unprofessionally run. For 4 months of our tenancy, the pool and spa area were closed. They offer a coffee machine, which was frequently (majority of the time) not working. The only bright spark; the maintenance team (Vic) is fantastic, great guy, though not a service you need often on a 3 year old building. One of the biggest problems; they have no accountability. Management keeps switching and the corporation is based in Arizona. Upon moving out, we were deducted numerous incorrect charges and there is no one you can speak to. They

AVOID THIS APARTMENT. We called to apply for an apartment, they told us they had two available gave us a very nice quote, then had us pay the application fee. 2 weeks go by....no lease. We are out of town so we couldn't go in person, however, YESSICA and MICHELLE both assured us they will email the lease....2 weeks more go by, we continue to call and they keep saying nonspecific things like "We are working on the lease, you are definitely on our to do list" - I explain we have to arrange moving company to move our stuff to CA and we need to be sure we have the apartment...they dont care. 3 days

The views from the roof top pool are amazing! I love the outdoor bbq area on the roof, the fully loaded gym, and the zen garden. The location is superb for walking to Bart or downtown restaurants. This is a must see!
