These women all have something in common. They experienced a level of discomfort that prohibited them from living their life - doing the things they need to do to earn a living, to enjoy life, to take care of their families. We're founded on the simple idea that a woman's body is constantly evolving and while those changes may feel like minor annoyances, they actually have a major impact on her life.

Our goal is to empower women to be at their physical best, whether that's chasing three kids, training for the next race, or commanding the boardroom.
Services
At Vitality, we all have one thing in common: We care deeply about helping women feel their best during all stages of life. We understand the toll your health can take on your life as moms, managers, wives, grandmothers, volunteers, and friends. Visiting a physical therapist that specializes in women's health is so personal that you should absolutely know more about who's going to be treating you.
Your physical therapist will take the time to get to know you and learn about your goals. She will look at your muscles and joints to identify problems that are contributing to your current state. Your physical therapist will then develop an individualized treatment plan to address these identified problems and help you reach your goals-including reducing your pain and improving your function.
In an effort to safeguard everyone's health, we anticipate a hybrid model of care ongoing to include both in-clinic and virtual treatment options. Your therapist will be able to assess your ACTUAL environment and see how you work, play, care for yourself and others, and live your life. You will save the commute time to an in-person session, missing less work or time with your family.
As a male, I was completely unaware of the symptoms and functions that could develop from the pelvic floor muscles. I was someone who experienced temporary proctalgia fugax which brought on severe pains within that region. However, with the help of my physical therapist, Katherine Ireland, I was able to understand how the pelvic floor muscles could cause such pains and what exercises I could do to help reduce and eliminate these pains.
We're committed to advocating for women and empowering them to pursue the healthcare they need and deserve through their lifetimes. With that mission in mind, we offer regular educational sessions on a variety of women's and pelvic health topics. All are available for free upon request. Just contact us!

I am so glad that I took my midwife's advise to get PT postpartum. I was told Vitality Women's Physical Therapy would give me excellent care and it was true! Megan and Hannah were awesome! They took time to listen to my concerns and care for me. I definitely regained my strength and control as they worked with me over several months. I also have tools for staying healthy before and after future pregnancies :) Also, the office staff was amazing at welcoming me into the clinic and helping me feel comfortable. I would recommend this team to any woman looking for PT!!
