We have worked with this company on two properties. Ashkan Ghaee, our structural engineer, is always punctual and professional. When inspecting the second property, we experienced a few technical difficulties and Ashkan drove over an hour (again) in order to conduct the inspection that same evening. He is very straight-forward and explains everything in a way that is understandable. Overall, this company and Ashkan have made the home-buying process so much less stressful. We are very grateful and would most definitely recommend them.

Had them come out to inspect the crawl space of a house I'm buying. They found wood rot and termite damage. Had a contractor come out and do a sub par job, FEI pointed out work still needed to be done. After the job was FINALLY finished, the house is a solid feeling as ever, and the doors close effortlessly now. 5 stars for sure.

We used FEI inspect to inspect the house that we were selling. They gave us a inspection that was very false. They said that we had dozens of problems wrong with the electrical and the 2 electricians that came out only found 1 issue. They said we had a slab foundation when it was an obvious crawl space. They also were not there very long which didn't prove to give us a very accurate report.

They did a “complete” home inspection for the buyer on my home that is listed. First of all they were there for less than 10 minutes. I don’t know of any home inspection that could get thoroughly completed in that short amount of time! They called my realtor and asked where the crawl space was located at on the home and she told them. They didn’t remove the crawl space access to do an inspection of the crawl space. The inspector then proceeded to call the buyers realtor and give his personal opinion about the house. He was

We used FEI for our last home purchase and were very pleased with their availability, accuracy and ease to work with. We received the report in a timely fashion and everyone was pleasant to work with, from scheduling to inspection to report.
