American Inspections did our inspection this morning, and it was a great experience. They arrived early and got the report to me in a timely manner. Michael was very thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. He conveyed information as he went along and pointed out everything that was going to be put into the report. I was going to use another company for double the price, but then was referred by a friend that has used American Inspections on multiple occasions. I am glad I went with American and did not overpay for this service.

We have been in the process of buying a home and have had the pleasure of working with Michael from American Home Inspections. Michael is extremely thorough and conscientious in the work that he does, and his reports include pictures, videos, and fully written explanations of the issues that he finds. He offers his recommendations as to how to solve any issues and even tells you what to do in the future to keep your home in tip top shape. He took the time to talk to us about improvements that could be made and thoroughly explained why he was marking items that needed repair. I was just taken away at everything Michael had found during the inspection with my new home.
I got my report back through email with details explaining everything - I would have never noticed 99% of what was in my inspection report.

This company is great! I called 19 different inspection companies to do an inspection on the home I wanted to purchase. Michael presented me with the best quote compared to anyone around.
