At Parker Inspections, we want to leave nothing to question when it comes to your Tulsa and OKC inspection services. To do that, we have a simple step-by-step guide to help you choose the best course of action for your next inspection. Your inspector will meet you show up and get started. Your inspector will be following a detailed check list to make sure everything in your home is visibly inspected.
This is for any type of commercial property. Including, but not limited to, an apartment building, warehouse, office space, grocery store, hotel, church, restaurant, storage unit, factory. This allows us to research the property info, determine the location & plan for distance, roof type etc. Parker Inspections specializes in both Residential & Commercial Inspections.
This inspection will check the well housing, plumbing, pressure gauges, pump, adequate water flow, and more. This inspection checks the plumbing, fencing/gate, pool equipment, coping stones, and a structurally sound pool shell. Parker Inspections goes above and beyond to help clients and thoroughly go over inspection report when finished.
We team up with Superior Termite for the majority of our inspections! Let us know if you are needing termite and we will schedule them for you to perform their inspection at the same time. We had Timothy come inspect our potential first time home and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will be sure to use them for any future needs. Caleb was extremely friendly and professional as he carried out my family's inspection during our home buying process.
