Having graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelors Degree of Science in Finance and an MBA in Supply Chain Management, Leonard clearly understands the inner-workings and economic tactics of business dealings. His background consists of eleven years of internal and external auditing, which include: project management, risk assessment and operational efficiencies.

The goal of Linear is to revolutionize the way that the property management field operates by catering to the client's needs while satisfying the bottom-line objective. Linear is a new take on an old philosophy.

Unlike many property management firms in the Washington, DC area that encompass a host of services ranging from commercial/residential property management, leasing, individual home management to real estate sales, Linear's focus will be very different.Linear's aim is to provide a boutique-like service in a mass-market environment.

Linear LLC (Leonard Ellen) is currently our property manager at M St. Flats condominiums, and we couldn't be happier. He is dependable and professional at all times. What we are most happy with, is his ability to get things done in a timely and efficient manner. As condo board President, I know that we, as a board, can simply ask Leonard to do something once, and it will be followed through with.

Linear is a business designed with the client in mind. Based upon years of experience, education, extensive customer service and management skills, we bring Association empowerment to the table. By doing our job, your job becomes minimized. This includes "weekly" property inspections (how can we understand the concerns of the building, if we are never there?).
