Contact your designated property manager directly for the necessary forms to remove one roommate from the lease paperwork and/or have a new roommate added. Your property manager will discuss the roommate transfer fee as well as the procedures for handling the security deposit. Please refer to your copy of your lease agreement.

From the first meeting, I could tell their opinions drew from a lot of experience in managing other properties, and they gave me some really good ideas on what i needed to do to have my property rented quickly.

I am so disappointed in this company and its complete lack of professionalism. My husband and I looked at a property and paid 70 dollars for an application fee and our contact there Maria knew that we were interested. She reviewed the application and let us know that the owner would like to move forward with us. Being that this was mid-October and they wanted us to move in on November 8, we had to first talk to the owner of our current unit to see if we could get out of our lease and move quickly as we really wanted this unit. We let Maria know we needed a day or so do do this which she agreed

The absolute worst! I just wish I could give zero stars. Agon staff were unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful at every turn. They did not help us market or stage our place, just always insisting on reducing the rent, below what they themselves had suggested based on their "market research." They sent an intern type "photographer" to take pictures on a rainy day when our place features an awesome balcony and rooftop pool. I own an apartment in Arlington, VA and a house in Capitol Hill, and for a little over 2 years I tried to manage them remotely from NYC. I hired Agon to manage my property in DC - I was becoming a first time landlord and had some reservations about taking on the responsibility myself. It's been almost 6 months and it's been a really good experience thus far. Every email I've sent has been answered in an incredibly timely manner. I've never had a problem getting a hold of someone on the phone, when need be. I called weeks ago to inquire about their process and have been given contradicting information from different staff members. It seems that there is bit of an issue with the training they receive. Long story short, after a ton of back and forth and lost emails and un-returned calls we FINALLY got an agreement from them. We filled it out and sent it back promptly only to get a call from a manager who said our property was out of their jurisdiction. Something that should have been clarified in the first 30 seconds of our initial conversation.

I've had only positive experiences with this company. Their customer service is top-notch, their managers are knowledgable, they're responsive to all my questions/concerns, and most importantly--they signed a responsible, qualified tenant. I started using Agon Management to manage my house in Arlington a few months ago and they have been extremely reliable and helpful. My house is old and there has been a lot of issues that have come up recently. Agon has been quick to reply back to the tenants and have fixed the issues right away. They keep me informed with everything that is going on and provides me with detailed explanation as to what needs to be fixed. They also have great contractors and I do not have to worry about getting a second opinion. I wish I had found them sooner, but am glad that I have a reliable property management

My experience with Agon has been great! Jon and Tom are very helpful and thorough. They have been accommodating and highly professional. I greatly appreciate the effort they put into taking care of the logistics regarding the management of my property. Under challenging circumstances they were also able to establish good relations with my tenant as well. They have done a superb job thus far.

Agon Management is fantastic - by far the best and most responsive management company I have worked with. They took over management of our property mid-way through our lease and we noticed a huge difference in service. They were quick to respond to maintenance requests, proactive in making sure the house was in good condition when they took over the property, and were just overall really good and reasonable people to work with. I am relocating out of town, otherwise I would certainly be looking to work through Agon for my next rental in DC.

After I moved to CA I needed to find someone in DC to manage my condo. Being this far away I was really nervous about finding a good management company--especially because of some of the horror stories I have heard about property managers.
