Katrina is the best therapist for deep tissue work that i have been to. I have averaged 35-40 massages a year for the last 20 plus years. My work is very physically demanding and deep tissue work is a necessity. I found Katrina almost a year ago and i have gone to her almost every week. All the massages i have gotten from her i can honestly say, would have been better than any of the therapists in previous years.
Hot chocolate, hot baths and yes, hot-stone massage! I must have finally become somewhat acclimated to Sacramento because anything now below 60 degree and I am scrambling for a heated blanket. So the apparent answer to the question is. It feels AMAZING and warms you up! Hot, smooth basalt stones are heated to 120-140 degrees and incorporated into your swedish massage for an even deeper relaxation.

I've been to many massage establishments but Katrina created a relaxing and clean environment that beats them all. She gave the best relaxation massage in Sacramento that I have ever received! She released tension in muscles that I didn't even know I had. My headaches that came from my aches and pains was gone when I left. The whole experience was fantastic from booking online to the free parking lot. And I am for sure now, that I'm going to get a gift certificate for my best friend who has elbow pain!

I went to get a message after throwing out the muscles in my neck and back. I was in a lot of pain and very stiff. I left feeling immensely better. I am in far less pain and have my mobility back. She was professional, kind, and created a very relaxing environment. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical at first with how many 5 star reviews this place has. I have to say I'm so GLAD I decided to book. This was one of the best massages I've ever had. The online schedule system was amazing. It was certainly one of the main reasons I decided to book here. The prices are affordable and the massage is so high quality. I'll definitely be back
