I was sent the application document with no instructions on what else was needed aside from filling out the application and sending the application fee. I was not reached out to for the information needed to process the application by any means. I met with Daniel who showed the property, great customer experience I won’t deny that. Just wish someone had reached out immediately to let me know what information was needed as instructions via email were not clarified. It’s already hard to find a place that fits in this market to have the option taken because lack of communication is frustrating

Best property management company I have encountered! I have worked with several companies in the real estate business over the past 11 years and had various management companies oversee my personal residences.
