Do NOT rent from this company. No matter how much you like a house it will never be worth renting from this company. I knew they had bad reviews when I decided to rent from them, but I never knew how bad it could truly get. I'm inclined to believe that any tenant who has said something nice about them is somehow related to one of the urchins that work at Zen Rent.

Wish I could give 0 stars!!!!! Scheduled a showing with them to see a property they were managing. We set up the showing on Saturday or Sunday for Tuesday afternoon. Showed up today to see the property, followed instructions to get in and kept getting a failure response. So we called to see what we were doing wrong and they informed us it had already rented. Thanks for the notification to cancel the showing before we drove all the way out to the property!!

I was a tenant of a East Valley Property Management for 2 years. They were very professional and easy to work with. Bailee and Cheryl, who work in the office, were friendly, prompt to respond to any questions or issues that came up, and very helpful with any matter. I was MORE than pleased that I received my FULL security deposit back after I moved out. If you treat a home like it was your own, there is no reason not to get your deposit back. Horrible experience with a group of people who treat potential clients like dirt. When we learned of their uneducated breed-specific pet requirements, we attempted to communicate further, however they were not open to consider us as a qualified long-term applicant. They were extremely rude and treated us like second-class citizens - however we are an educated, multiple business-owning, six-figure income couple. Strongly recommend they be avoided and you rent from many of the other wonderful companies and private owners around.

I am only giving them one star because zero wasn't an option. I think that the company and employees in general are argumentative when receiving any inquiry. My perception is that it is because they are on the defensive. When I moved into the house it had nothing but dirt and a few plants in the back yard. The walls were all stark white; painted with some flat, some semi gloss arbitrarily. I would say it was clean, but it wasn't perfect.

I have absolutely nothing good to say about this company. When I first found a place I wanted to view, I had to call three times to get information on the condo. After a third message to them I finally got a response. I looked at the condo and liked it but because I'm a recent college grad, I don't have the income to meet the requirement. After 5 more calls to the company to ask how to get a co-signer, I filled out the application. Once I got approved I went to the office to sign my lease. When I walked in, it was shabby and smelled like urine. I told them I was there to sign a lease

Our experience with East Valley Property Management over two years was TERRIBLE. From waiting weeks in the summer for our air conditioning unit to be repaired, to not getting callbacks when toilets overflowed, the service was awful. We were NEVER late paying rent and took immaculate care of the property. The carpets needed to be replaced when we moved in, so we did not have them professionally cleaned when we moved out (although we did so two months earlier and vacuumed and spot cleaned). We spent several days scrubbing everything from baseboards to garage floor, and paid the last months'

This company is awful. The lady at the front desk is in a terrible mood all of the time and is just plain RUDE. She never can help with anything and acts like it's some big hassle every time you have a question. When we first moved in the water pipe for the washer blew out and filled the kitchen with water. We had to turn the water off and I called twice with no return calls. I have a baby and no running water is not an option. After not EVER getting a call back we took care of the problem ourself. Now there is evidence of termites in the ceiling. I called Sunday and have yet to receive
