When it comes to real estate and property management in Jacksonville Florida we have the experience that is needed to properly help you. We have over 30 years of combined real estate and property management experience. Our broker Matt MacDonald received his real estate license in 2004 and he has worked for local, national and global real estate companies since 2004.
We do not charge any upfront fees and we do not charge a fee if we cannot find you a Tenant. For example if you give us a try for 30 days and if you want to end the agreement we will let you do so without any kind of fee if we have not found you a Tenant. We will perform a background check on all applicants which includes credit, possible evictions, landlord debt and criminal history.
In September of 2019 we listed a 3 bedroom condo for rent in 32258 and we rented it within 3 days. We found the owner great Tenants. In October of 2019 we listed a home for sale in 32211 and it needed a lot of work and we found an all cash buyer within 6 days of listing it for sale. We closed on this home within 30 days and the owner is very happy.

When I was looking for my townhouse property management, I goggled rental management companies in Jacksonville. There were several I contacted, but Matt was the only person who I thought was right with my gut feeling. He has been quick responsive to all my questions and very professional. Other agents seem to be more occupied with their schedule than potential clients. He has handled my rental property extremely well. This has been a smooth and easy process. Matt is extremely professional. He thoroughly explained all issues that arrived during the renting period.
