Beautiful property. Great room and fabulous pool. Shuttle service to beach was wonderful. My husband Had a business event tonight, so I had dinner by myself at The Catch. My waitress was Latoya and she was so welcoming and made me feel incredibly comfortable eating a light dinner alone. Food was amazing. Highly recommend this resort and restaurant. And Latoya!

Hosted a team event October 1st. The billing process was a significant challenge. Limited communication, over charges, 60 days later a big charge on my CC. Truly not worth the hassle as there are other properties in the area. Shuttle to the beach is a bottle neck when trying to enjoy the sand and salt water.

Sooo maybe it was because we stayed here during NYE week, it was expensive like $800-$1100 a night. The rooms were average but I did like all of their onsite dining options although those cost a pretty penny as well but nice to not have leave the hotel for variety food options.
They have lounge/bar food with pizza, a seafood/steak restaurant that was delicious (the catch), the breakfast buffet area and a Greek place by the ocean beach area but we did not get to try it. Breakfast buffets were not worth it, eat something light and just wait for brunch/lunch is my recommendation. It's like

This resort was a pleasure to be at. Having brought my children it was great for all of us as a family. The staff was amazing, the beach was relaxing, and the villa we stayed at was perfect. Kanard, a staff member there, was a pleasure the entire time we stayed. From the time we arrived to the time we left he made the resort worth while.
We relaxed, partied, and met excellent out of towners. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to vacation here with or without children.

This is an absolutely beautiful property with a slightly casual vibe. Great lobby bar and the pool looks like a lot of fun with slide and zero entry beach. Palapa bar poolside too!.
We were there for a Christmas dinner at the Pelican catch where the service was superb and the food was just okay and pretty pricey. I think that they will up their game, they just reopened. We will go there again for sure. It was lovely for a nice night out.

This hotel was INCREDIBLE for us. I am my mothers caregiver and this Hotel went above & beyond to secure my mothers comfort. She can’t walk or eat well & this hotel was immaculately supportive & conscientious. From the bell hops, to nails technicians at the spa, to pool side service, to the beach … I felt we were in excellent hands. Excellent. I recommend the 12th floor if you can swing it, we had an amazing sunset view every night. We will be coming back often!!

Naples Grande Resort was a very relaxing and blissful Experience. My wife and I along with my three children really enjoyed our time there. The rooms were nice and clean and getting room service was no problem. Kenard made the experience more pleasant having excellent customer service and was full of humor that made all of us laugh and enjoy our stay. The hot tub was my favorite, and the children did not want to leave the pool which had an amazing temperature. I was not looking forward to a lot of water time because I thought the water would be freezing. The water in the pool was perfect. The Pelican

My family and I came here for winter break. The hotel cleanliness is a 4 of 5. I think it's hard for them to get a 5 in this category because the hotel is older and no matter how clean everything is the smell of old carpet etc is still there. Also the hotel itself had water stains on the glass and mildew on the building. You can tell these things are overlooked. As for the service, most of the employees try their very best with some of the language barrier but there is about 10to 15% of the employees that don't care at all about any requests. It's a take it or leave it attitude. I have a daughter

There were blood stains on the ceiling and roaches I put room. It was a horrible stay, we couldn't sleep after the roach incident, because it crawled on me when we were about to go to sleep. They did change our rooms and give us that night we stayed there for free but they also charge for parking separate from the room charge, they still charged us for parking and it was about $80 for the 1 night.

Nice stay but doesn’t worth almost $900 a night a suite in the beginning of November The bathroom was not well cleaned and the SPA was a bad experience. They don’t have a SPA pool, only a hot tub and the “meditation room” was cold that i definitely couldn’t relax. Also one of the worst massages ever, for both of us ( we had a couple massage and neither was good) They need to improve in the SPA team area and room service which never answered the phones.

Had a great stay and overall excellent experience when I was in town. Upon checking in I was told that I was upgraded to one of their villa suites which was a great way to start off the stay. The staff at the front desk and throughout the stay were so great, very attentive and hospitable.
The room and amenities at the hotel were wonderful. Pool was beautiful and the grounds on the property were clean and very well taken care of. Staff at the pool bar were super cool to talk to and treated us so well. Food at the hotel was excellent as we had a four course meal for an event and everything

Fifth time here and we still love it. Our stayed at Naples Grande have always been great. The location is awesome. The beach is a short tram or walk. The service was great. Everyone from our check in, pool waitress, cleaning staff, beach staff and tram drivers were friendly and attentive. The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the bay. The gym had enough machines and so there was no wait. We hung out mostly at the beach where we had free beach chairs and good food and drinks. My only complaint is that the restaurant was under renovations . We will definitely be back for a 6th time

Worst decision to ever book this hotel for a birthday celebration for my mother. Incredibly rude staff and super dirty rooms. Do yourself the favor and book somewhere else. Had a horrible experience with disrespectful staff and after approaching a manager named Brian, we we only welcomed with twice the disrespect.

3.5 Sadly this is what a decadent great resort is. Away from everything. Expensive for what you get. I’ll give them a 3.5 because the attentive service of everyone we encounter was excellent even when there was not too much personnel. Only 2 restaurants open with a very limited menu, which was tasty. On Friday there was only one server outside the bar which was trying her best to please all the patrons and she was very nice. Extremely noisy place with the pool full of screaming kids and very loud music. Great place for families with young kids, not for anyone else. Even the adult pool was not

Room service "for anything" basically non existent, could not schedule food, could not get extra towels and most importantly could not get a SAFETY CONCERN addressed!
Everything seems to fall on deaf ears here!
Forget about the food and the towels, my preeminent concern was SAFETY!
I was on the 14th floor looking out my balcony towards the Gulf when I noticed something odd!
There was a 3 foot metal and glass cylindrical object simply laying in the gutter above the family pool structurally unattached and ready to fall on somebody!

One of my first staycations during the pandemic. I have to say it was better than expected! The staff was super friendly in assisting with whatever my friend and I needed. They had bikes for use, transportation from their pool to the beach, beach bar, pool bar, and of course room service. They had a fridge, shower, and tub in the room which was quite nice. The view was average for the Florida coast, but i loved how they gave us chairs and towels for the beach it made the water views perfectly relaxing. I would definitely stay here again, the only reason I rate 4/5 stars is because the pool did

Definitely not impressed with the experience at this Resort. If you're going to call yourself a resort then you need to be prepared to provide that kind of an experience and have a back up plan in place should issues arise which would directly impact the stay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room went down during the first night of my two night stay. By day two, the ac went down in the entire hotel. Granted, these are situations out of the guests control however the property should be prepared to address these issues immediately. Sleeping in hot, stuffy and musky rooms was brutal

Based on the mixed reviews, I was so nervous because I was booking a weekend golf getaway for my husband. Ultimately, I decided to book a villa.
Upon arrival for check-in, there was no one outside for valet or bell service. Contrarily, check in was a breeze and customer service was great.
Parking near the villas was right but thankfully we found one (don't make the mistake of parking in the valet only parking area). I immediately feel in love with all of the greeny/water feature...it was so calming.

Hosting our conference for the weekend we were treated to a super discount. Garage self parking was a plus for me. Also several electric charging stations in the shade of the garage. Easy access to pool, bars, patio area and walk to conservation area.
Room was clean and ready upon arrival. Indirect Gulf view from balcony. Pool area was very busy during the weekend. Be ready for South Florida Resort priced drinks! Great location

Relatively upscale resort near the water front in Naples. Prices aren't bad and the views are nice in almost all of the rooms. We paid a reasonable amount per night using a booking website.
When we arrived at the property, there was a mix up with the front staff and they didn't realize I have booked two rooms. After we spoke with a manager, this was resolved. Fine.
We took a trip to the pools. The pools were dated, but decent. The chairs at the pool weren't in the best condition - good luck finding one without dried bird droppings. Covering the chair with towels fixed the issue

I was very between a 3 and 4 here, but with no half star status I am going with 3 stars.
Why I would say 4 stars...
-Location is great! As some have said it isn't technically beach front, I would maybe say beach adjacent. They have a great walkway trail to the beach that is about 15 minute walk or 5 minute golf cart ride. They offer constant loops on the golf carts from just outside the pool area right up to the beach deck. Super convenient! However, I highly recommend the walk, it's super relaxing and really not that far and better than waiting on the golf cart line.
-Rooms are spacious
