This place tantalizes your tastebuds! I came here for dinner tonight and had reservations right at opening. Jennifer was my waitress and she guided me to some really great options. I started with the storm chaser cocktail. I had the 'from the sea' special which was mahi mahi. Hands down this was the best Mahi mahi preparation I've ever had. It comes with 2 filets on top of a sweet potato beignet. This dish checked all the boxes--it had crunch, some heat from the chili, sweetness from the cranberries, acid from the orange slices, and creaminess from the cashew cream sauce. To top

Amazing meal at Etch! Perfect for date night and special occasions. We had a reservation at the bar seating which gave a nice view of the bustling kitchen. We ordered the octopus bruschetta and bread with rye butter. The octopus was AMAZING. When the server brought it we thought it was a beet salad! It was piled high with greens and other things I am not able to recall but it was wow, really special. The bread was nothing special but perhaps was overshadowed by the spectacular octopus. I ordered the mahi mahi with a sweet potato beignet and a lot of other things I also am not able to recall. Long

We made reservations at the Etch for a Saturday night after rave reviews from many people I know, and they were spot on. You could order anything off the menu here and be blown away. The wine list is substantial, and their sommelier is wonderful.

We had the roasted cauliflower, which I'm not even a fan of cauliflower and ate every last bite. I had the venison as my main- medium rare, and I never thought venison could melt in your mouth but IT CAN. My mom had the filet, and my friend had the Mahi Mahi which was the seafood special of the day.

This is a destination in Nashville. Be sure to

Amazing service! We sat at the bar facing the open kitchen and we loved it. We were able to see the kitchen and wait staff work as a team, it was refreshing to see. The food was clearly handled with care and beautifully decorated. Glad we chose to try this American fusion cuisine, it was very unique! Our server ensured we had a fantastic anniversary dinner and that was immensely appreciated.

Quite a nice restaurant with open kitchen, price is reasonable too. The catch from sea mahi mahi was well presented and tasted good. The side fried brussel sprouts was coated with cheese cream which made it creamy and crispy

Excellent american fusion restaurant at an ideal location in the very heart of Nashville.
Conveniently nestled near the Country Music Hall of fame, but at the same time amongst backdrop of many competing dining choices.
Despite the strong local competition, Etch sets itself apart from others with top notch service and well executed dishes.
The highlights here are the great vegetable starters and sides that accompany the main entrees. The cauliflower and brussel sprouts were fantastic! 👍
Lunch and dinner sittings are prices very differently, even for the dishes available during both. So if

My favorite fine dining in Nashville, and I have been all over the town looking for the best places to eat. The steak is always cooked to perfection. The pricing is beyond reasonable and the wine selection is fantastic. I recommend the charcuterie board as it is one of my favorites. I will be back.

Food and service here were take top marks. Sit at the counter to have a nice view of the whole kitchen.

Being that we saw all the amazing reviews we knew we had to get the cauliflower but were worried about the large portions. We asked our server if they would do a half portion and we were accommodated without a second thought. I got the venison cooked correctly at medium rare. The olive tapenade and onions really helped this dish shine. My girlfriend got the pork chop which was a huge portion and very tasty but one of the sauces was just a tad too salty for my taste. As for drinks the smoked

Etch has never disappointed us! One of my favorites here in Nashville. The food and drinks are all always amazing for a very reasonable price! Great date night, spot to have a nice dinner with friends or celebrate!
The atmosphere- Very romantic and quite enough to enjoy a great conversation with the people at your table but not empty!
Service was great! They had great wine suggestions to pair with my meal!
Food- always amazing! The sauces on the cauliflower are 10/10 so many flavor profiles in the entrees. Both my fiancé and I had the venison for the first time and loved it! I also have to say

Amazing dinner experience! Venison was tender and sauce was exquisite. We ordered the cripy potato salad and its taste was out of this world. We also ordered the carpaccio and broccoli appetizers. Superb attention and good selection of drinks and huge list of wines. I would totally recommend this place is looking for a great dinner place outside the hustle and bustle of Broadway st.

Good food. Huge portions! Our server Kim was very welcoming. We ordered a half portion of the cauliflower dish and it did not disappoint- $8. The full portion looked like a lot so we asked if we could order a half portion- Etch offers half portions apps because they often have single travelers who cannot finish the full portion.
We sat at the chef's counter.
My pork chop was very flavorful and perfectly cooked. My boyfriend enjoyed his venison. We also ordered the crispy potato salad, it was delicious.

10/10. GOURMET. Best meal ever!
We visited for our first dinner in Nashville and OMG, we set the bar really high really early on this trip! From start to finish this place is exceptional. We made a reservation and were seated right on time. The hostess was nice and friendly and our server, Sarah, was the absolute best. Gave us great recommendations and made us feel so comfortable to take our time and just enjoy our time and our meals. We started with the Cauliflower which is vegetarian friendly and so delicious! The feta cream is to die for, but the whole dish honestly was fantastic. We cleaned

What a beautiful gem of a restaurant. By far, one of my favorite restaurants in Nashville.
The pear and cranberry Pana cotta is delicious and a must have. Each component is so thoughtful, with complex textures that really elevate and excentuate the flavor profiles of this sublime dessert.
My other absolute favorite are the Brussel sprouts. Do not miss out on this side. It is a good size for sharing with the table and is one of the most delicious things on the menu, with a good balance of subtle sweetness and crunchy char.
I also loved the Etch salad. The vinegrette on it is simply divine.

This place is heads above any other new American restaurant I have been to. There's so many unique things about this place that I absolutely loved. First of all we very easily got seats at the counter. You're able to look directly into the kitchen. This isn't just "oh we're going to let you look over one part of the restaurant". You can see everything here. You can see where the servers pick up food and punch in the POS. You can see the full kitchen and every station. You can even see the garde manger station where they make the salads. The dish pit is even somewhat

This was my favorite restaurant that I visited during my trip to Nashville. I came around 11:45 and was seated at the near-empty bar after a 5 minute wait. I got the roasted cauliflower ($10) and Argentinian beef tenderloin ($15). This was more than enough for me, and I left absolutely stuffed! I did have to wait a while for my food, as they were extremely busy, but it was worth it. The truffled pea puree, salted almonds, feta crema, and red bell essence that comes with the roasted cauliflower really made the dish. The beef entree was great as well with the rojo and verde sauces. The beef was cooked

This was the grand finale place to eat in Nashville and oh was it just that. I have previously gone tk the sister restaurant and knew I needed tk check this place out! I will give you a warning, I booked a month in advance for this, but it was well worth it.

Atmosphere: Wow, what a beautiful, contemporary place. I love being able to see the kitchen in restaurants, plus, the dining room was great too.

Service: They were so amazing, seriously. Not only were they so so sweet from start to finish, but our server was so sweet. She went above and beyond to give us recommendations and make sure we were

One of the best "fine dining" establishments in Tennessee...PERIOD.

It's rare in this state that you find a place that checks all boxes, in particular when it comes to the wait staff. The waiters and waitresses here are career and take their job very seriously...that fact is reflected in their knowledge of the menu/drinks and their attention to detail.

The food follows the same trend...very flavorful, and presented well.

If I could give more stars I would. Had incredible lunch, dinner, dessert, and drinks. The charcuterie board is out of this world!! Everything we had was incredible but I must say the lamb chops were the best I've ever had. Between the food, drinks, and environment, this is probably the best restaurant I've ever been to!!!

What a great spot in Nashville. Classy and elegant with emphasis on presentation. Not only tastefully presented but prepared as well. I ordered the fish market special and it was absolutely delicious. The octopus and shrimp was also very good and although flavorful, not over done. The potatoes....which are forever my weakness, were simply to die for. A little bit of a mustard and pickle taste which I love, with crispy potatoes bits and skins...out of this world. The olive oil cake was also amazing. Very delicate flavors and not near as dense as most olive oil cakes. Over all a great experience

It's a small venue, very small bar. Happy hour from 4- 6:30pm. We first went there around 6 and there was nothing available. Thankfully, the next place we went too had horrible service so we left and just like that the bar opened!
We were seated at the bar, our severs were Dino and Anthony. They were great. Greater us when we walked in and had our glasses of wine in minutes. We ordered a few appetizer as our meals, the shrimp and octopus bruschetta was unbelievable. The grilled cauliflower was flavorful and lastly the beef carpaccio. The gluten free rolls were amazing also. Everything

Had a celebratory dinner at Etch with my boyfriend on a Friday at the chef's counter. The counter is far enough away from the kitchen so that it was not noisy or distracting, but it was cool to be able to see everything being plated & brought out. Our waitress was fantastic -- she checked in to ensure we were loving everything without interrupting the meal too much. Her drink & food suggestions were on point.

We started with the rye bread & malted butter, the Venus in Retrograde (a fruity sparkling wine gin cocktail), and the whiskey cocktail. I got the Venus with less simple
