I scheduled an emergency service a week prior to get a capacitor replaced on one condenser unit and the local company checked our freon and said one outside unit was low but the other was ok. But they wanted alot of money for servicing each unit. So I scheduled with Fanning Service, knowing it was TX Air Pros... for a tune-up for both units. No email back from Jay...but from someone saying "this is AC Hero...I'm on my way". Wait...wut !?!? Another changeover and buyout.

Len and Mike showed up in 40 minutes. 40 minutes from my initial call until they rang the doorbell. You can't get a pizza delivered in 40 minutes. Getting A/C service in Dallas in August in 40 minutes is amazing.
I have twin 3 week old boys at home. Getting our A/C working quickly is a big deal. The service was thorough, fairly priced, friendly, and effective. Fanning is my family's go to, every time!

Absolutely the Best - I had 2 other companies come in to try and fix my HVAC leaking problem and both did poor work and charged me a high rate. Fanning sent DJ who was very knowledgeable, kind, patient and professional. He fixed my problem within his first visit and did an Excellent Job all at a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend Fanning Services over any other AC / HVAC Service Company.

They sent an incompetent technician who didn't fix the problem with my AC. Called to schedule him to come back out and he didn't show up. Called their number after the time passed that the tech was supposed to be at my house and spoke to the owner Bart Barnett. He blamed the scheduler. When I told him it was unprofessional to not show up he said he was refusing to send the tech back out because he "didn't need the aggravation". He said he would refund my money and then called back a few minutes later to say he was refusing to give a refund for the first visit. Total fraudulent

Just wanted to take a moment to thank your whole crew and yourself, Bart! After experiencing a not so professional company way too long I sure could see the difference in honest and thoughtful work in correcting my "leaky" Humidifier unit misinstalled by the previous company! It was money well spent and you have a life time customer in Abe and I! We appreciate you guys so much! Please pass this on to all the guys that worked so hard to fix my very frustrating problem recently...there has been NO leak since your company got us fixed and I finally have some confidence in not coming
