It’s summer time and we just moved into a house and the house started to get hot. We called C.A.S air and heating and Chad Sheffield came out not only the same day but within a couple of hours. In minutes he had the problem diagnosed and had us back up and running. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of Chad. I would highly recommend!

We had our AC installed by CAS air in 2017 and have had intermittent issues with the cooling. Chad, the owner sent out his technicians multiple times(came out himself as well) but they couldn't pin point the issue. This spring, Chad went after the issue and came out when the issue occurred. He tried multiple solutions and finally got to the root cause and fixed it. When I asked him what I owed him, he said, nothing. This is after 3 hour long visits just this year. He got it fixed and did not charge for what he deserved. Dealing with Chad has always been easy, he is reasonable, doesn't just overcharge

Highly recommend Chad at CAS. When looking at companies, I chose him as he comes repeatedly recommended on several local groups I’m a party of and I can honestly say I see why. Chad will definitely be our go to HVAC guy!
We had him out today to give a second opinion on some humidity issues we’ve been having with our new build. He was very honest with us, took his time to explain his findings and was helpful in creating a plan to address and resolve the issue.

Absolutely love this company! Very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Came the same day we called and solved a long-running problem that four other companies could not solve. Very reasonably priced, as well. They go above and beyond--even changed our air filters for us to ensure no problems. Highly recommend C.A.S. Air Conditioning!

I've used CAS twice. The first time our AC was frozen up and he had given me advice over the phone and told me what to do. He didn't expect anything in return. I called him anyway and asked him to do maintenance to clean up the AC units and get them maintained.
I used them this morning after the AC stopped working last night. I texted them at 730 AM and they were out here at 9 AM. Finished by 915 with a reasonable cost and fully explained. Very professional, clean, timely. CAS comes highly recommended in our neighborhood, i can see why.

Don't waste you time with this company. I paid $80. They showed me how dirty the A/C filter was in the downstairs intake and they said they were replacing it so I thought they did. Turns out they just left the dirty filter in the downstairs intake and I didn't notice it until they left and they refused to replace it after the fact. Hard to deal with....

C.A.S is AMAZING!! I called Chad in the morning about my ac not working right. I made an appointment for the following morning but asked if he had any opening come up before then to please call. He did and found the problem. Super nice man and very easy to work with. He also explains what's going on so I could understand :). Thanks again for everything C.A.S!!

I wanted to wait a few months before writing my review and I stand by my review; I recently used C.A.S. Air Conditioning over the summer and they did a fantastic job. Their level of workmanship and customer service are top notch. They were very fair with their pricing and explained everything step by step and they reworked my system that was done by the builder. Everything they said came true my system is working way more efficiently than ever I can't believe the difference in my A/C bill! I'm so glad I listened to Chad's (the owner) advice! You should most definitely consider C

I can't say enough good things about Chad and his team. Excellent service, honest, and very reasonably priced. I thought I had an air conditioner condensation line issue, and it turned out to be my water heater! Not only did he explain it to me for future issues, but he reset the water heater and the problem was fixed! He is the person I will call for any future heating or air conditioner needs.
