I have used KMI for 20 years. They have maintained the 3 units attached to my home including replacing them when the time came. They always performed top notch work and if something was not perfect they returned immediately. I am an Ex-Naval Aviator and I expect any work done to my home to be done right. I had an A/C issue with the exterior unit, Kendrick Mechanical Handled it quickly and at a very reasonable price. The service techs arrived exactly when they said they would and were extremely professional and very polite. I Highly recommend Kendrick Mechanical, Its not easy to find this type of excellent service!
