Located on the 6th floor of our hotel tower, our Luxury Suite is the perfect choice for a couple or small family. The room offers magnificent views of either the ocean or bay, and makes for a great place to watch over the Wildwoods. The room consists of a king size bed in the bedroom with a pull out sofa bed in the living room.
Located in the motel section of our resort, the efficiency suite offers a convenient kitchenette, helpful for families who enjoy cooking their own meals. The suite consists of a private back bedroom with two double beds, full bathroom & living room with a pull out sofa bed. The room also has a microwave, small refrigerator and two televisions.

The dinner was exceptional. The chatterband was incredible. We love the Bolero all summer, but will always be there on New Year's Eve. It's TOTAL FUN !!!!

Staff were very nice, beds seemed clean and so did the bathroom. I also loved how they fed stray cats. Some complaints, a cabinet was broken in our room, there were dirty handprints on the walls, and the fan in the kitchen area was broken. The key cards also seemed to stop working quite often. I booked this hotel because of the hot tubs and pool, the hot tub had bubbles and there was actual dust on the bubbles. The sauna room was very slippery and dirty. The changing rooms and the gym looked great! I understand they’re doing some renovations so maybe next year we will try again when everything

My family(4 of us)stayed this past Saturday night in a Suite. It was clean, seemed newly remodeled. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tubs, steam room and big gym. Place was clean. We ordered out and ate poolside. They could use 1 more elevator or do something to elevator so it's a bit faster. Seems if door opened and closed faster it would help. However overall quite pleased and would do it again.

Booked a weekend trip for two nights in the fall. We left first thing in the morning after the first night because the room was very dirty. A bunch of the lights in the unit started flickering on and off and as soon as we turned the lights out, the whole kitchenette was covered in roaches. There was some sort of loud ac unit too that wasn't in our room but we could hear it even through a thunderstorm. The neighbors in the room next door smoked and were banging on the walls in the middle of the night. The place didn't feel super safe. I'm glad we left.

Super disappointed with our stay in one of their so-called luxury suites. Only three out of the six Jets worked in the jacuzzi tub. When I mention it to them they said they would get somebody out there to take a look but did not do it. No communication, no compensation for broken amenities, no nothing. This is just a money grab place, not interested in return stays. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! Much better values available in the area.

What an absolutely awesome family run hotel. Been staying here for years. Just recently treated a large portion of my family and friends to this hotel for our wedding. Everything including the Blue Water was well worth our money. Thank you for all you did for the Kane family!! We will be back in a view weeks.

This was our first time staying here and I was pleasantly surprised. After seeing some poor reviews, I had very low expectations. We stayed in the hotel tower (4th floor) and our room was very clean. It looked updated and had (almost) everything we needed - a coffee machine would have been nice. The Tiki bar was awesome, outdoor pool great, restaurant for breakfast was very good (service a bit slow on some days, but staff was friendly). The gym was much larger than I anticipated. The indoor pool was a bit small, but we were the only ones there at the time so it was great. The restaurant/bar downstairs

Kitchenette suites are small and dated, but still provide everything you need for a long weekend stay. Giving it 4 stars because shower curtain had stains and while we asked it to be changed, it was never changed. Other than that the staff is friendly, the pool area is a lot of fun with live DJ on the weekends.

The service is better than most ww hotels. The people working here make you feel like a guest. It's got a bar, and the people working there were nice also. Most people who live around ww are nice. The hotel has 2 pools. One indoors on the roof and one outdoors. My room was renovated so it felt brand new, but the refrigerator was like from the 90s, but whatever it worked. One block from beach and boardwalk and rides. 10 minutes to cape may. Buffet place across the street run by a nice family. Liquor store like 30 seconds away. Stayed here 2 years ago, then last week, will stay again.

Filthy room and overall uncleanliness throughout this “resort.”
Management is indifferent. One girl at the front desk was accommodating but the rest of the front desk staff I encountered were equally indifferent.
The room had clearly not been cleaned and I had to call the front desk on my cell because the phone in the room was so nasty (see photo).
• The floor in the room was so dirty we were not comfortable taking our shoes off. Yet I saw other rooms getting floors cleaned when we checked in.
• There was dried food on the table and it was sticky. In fact, most surfaces were sticky

My party of 6 had to wait about a half hour when only 25% of the tables were occupied. After being seated we were told to review the menu online, which was fairly difficult. When my party needed help, the server was rude and not helpful. I became so frustrated with just finding the menu, I almost walked out. We ended up staying and choosing something. They also refused to let me order something from what they said was the lunch menu- but if I went outside to the tiki bar they would have made it. Just felt like the server was making things difficult for our party. The food took a long time to come

Oof. Used to love this joint. Understaffed, slow service (not servers' faults.. owner issue I suppose), Bloody Mary was tomato juice and possibly vodka (perhaps a splash). Nothing else. Menu said "Ask about my loaded Bloody Mary"... I asked... they said no because no one in the back would feel like making it.. also not one server or worker was masked... whole place felt ICK.

Worst restaurant I've been to in Wildwood. Food is below average and overpriced. The manager is a greasy hobbit looking man with Napoleon syndrome. Extremely rude and condescending to guests. The owners of the restaurant should take a serious look at who they have managing this place. It has a lot of potential but management is severely lacking.

We saw the reviews for this place, but decided to give it a shot anyway because of the live music. Now I see why it has such poor ratings. The food is not worth the money, way overpriced for the quality. Service was all over the place. Management is clearly lacking experience. They're trying to act like they're a 5 star restaurant, but the reviews speak for themselves. Save yourself the time and do not dine here.

We ordered takeout breakfast and everything was excellent! The home fries are lightly seasoned, the sausage links are big fat and juicy and the breakfast burrito is delicious. Full of flavor! Service was a little slow, but they are short staffed so this is to be expected. Do yourself a favor and give this place a chance!

This place is mediocre at best. The food is just okay but the service is awful. On top of the fact that none of the staff are wearing masks given the pandemic.

The host Alicia doesn't even host. She just walks in circles and doesn't help. The first time we came she refused to even look at us to get us seated and made us just wait until we told her we wanted a table. She said we could sit outside but she didn't give us any menus or silverware. We sat and waited some more and finally asked her if we could have menus and water. She said okay and brought the menus.... then sat back

Came here with a group of 8 for restaurant week. We were skeptical when we were one of the only people in the restaurant. However we were very pleasantly surprised. Our server, Shirley was so attentive and sweet. Our food was delicious. Wings, calamari, salad, all spot on. I ordered a prime rib rare and it came out to perfection. Most of my party ordered it medium rare and no one was disappointed. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Sorry to write a negative review but much needed. Sat down with no wait. However the booth had been adjusted and was so much gap between seats and table. Very uncomfortable. Waitress was poor. Order drinks and she was unsure of drinks had to come back twice to confirm. She then took order and brought it all out at once. Salad, app, dinner. Food was not special. Had to wait to request parm cheese. To top it off it was karaoke night with young kids trying to sing. As a local they lost our business and recommendations
