Always enjoyed in the past. This recent visit disappointed me . I am used to old rooms but door to room nailed hinge in, no smoke detectors, not able to use tub only shower, carpet tacks sticking up catching skin on feet. Only 1 pan & 1small pot. If you rent efficiency you should be able to cook. 1 out of 2 burners worked. I know they are remodeling but don't ignore problems on older rooms. Love their bar outside but out of 6 days they opened 2 times.

Amenities in line with price cost/ don’t expect a 5 star stay at half cost.. staff went above and beyond expectations in making stay comfortable and welcoming via adding a second room for our family stay. They are renovating all rooms/ some brand new some are soon to be upgraded. Super location and that’s what we paid for _ walk to beach and boardwalk and local places and park-

I have been staying at the Oceanic for the last 27 years with a group of special needs adults. As always we rental all of the cottages and its like our own Oasis. The hotel staff are just wonderful. From start to finish they make my guys fell right at home. This year we where able to be blessed with Candice who attended to all of our rooms. My guys waited every morning for her to come and fix our rooms. She was just a nice soul and such positive energy. We are hoping when we return next year that we get her again. Thanks agian To all of you for making our stay enjoyable one more time

Oceanic hotel is very well located modest lodging in Wildwood. The service we received was excellent the room we stayed in was modest although clean. Our room was very tiny, was missing a shade over the balcony door and the bathroom was the smallest ever. The place however worked as we only needed a one night stay at the Wildwood boardwalk. The front desk assistant was extremely nice and super helpful. Two thumbs up to him, he took excellent care of us. Keep up the good work.

Horrible stay. Room was nothing at all like online photos. Small room! Couldn’t move. Pillows were flat. AC unit right next to bed blowing on us while sleeping had to shut it off. Toilet did not flush, shower dripped all night, no water pressure and barely had hot water. Balcony door wouldn’t close. Lamp didn’t even work. No maid service as told there was. Manager didn’t care at all. Offered nothing to compensate when I asked for late check out due to my travel plans she had nothing available but did have a room available if I paid for another night. Total rip off! I want my money back

Unfit for an overnight stay.
The room was inadequate. It was dark and dingy and rundown
It had flies.
There were parts of bathroom tile missing.
The TV did not work.
It was extremely small.
There were no seats, just a bed.
It felt unhealthy so I checked out immediately after checking in.
I got my belongings out as soon as possible because I feared possible bed bugs.
I asked for a refund and was denied.
I am disputing the charge
It was the worst hotel room I ever saw.
I did not take pictures because I was in a rush to leave and find a different hotel.

I have to say the room is nice and clean. Beds are very comfortable. More air circulation to the bedrooms would be nice, going to need a fan! What did turn me off is, having to walk through gatherings to get to our room. Some people would not move for us to get by. Kinda felt like being a city!! Due to to the gatherings we had no outdoor seating. I guess it’s first come first served. This goes for parking. There was absolute NO parking to unload. People apart of the first party were in there cars hanging in the front spots. We had no choice but to park in the meter to unload our luggage. Who
