Reliance Home Health Care is proud to offer a Vestibular Rehabilitation and Balance Program for patients with dizziness and imbalance symptoms in the home setting. Vestibular Rehabilitation is an exercise treatment program that should decrease dizziness and improve symptoms that may contribute to a loss of balance.

My mother had hip surgery and unfortunately contracted covid at the rehab facility. The insurance company didn't take this into consideration and summarily cut off benefits. There was a gap of 3 days before the insurance company had the home health evaluation. I was referred to Mike and did he ever come through. In less than 24 hours he was able to connect us with on of his caregivers to provide personal home aid services. Lorraine came over, made my mother, who is very modest, feel at ease and took great care of her. She has a wonderful personality which went a long way. Thanks to Mike and Lorraine

This by far is the worst agency. The staff and DON are extremely lazy. They try and rush through paper work without providing proper treatment. They NEVER go the extra mile or just simple do their job. If you are looking for a nursing company PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE look elsewhere! This place is horrible the staff is truly incompetent. They do not follow up or return phone calls, the D.O.N is useless I think she is there for decoration. Absolutely no continuity of care here. If I could rate these people with a -10 I would, just a plain zero rating would not cover it! Absolutely useless and horrible

Reliance Home Health is a phenomenal home health agency with efficient and reliable staff that truly care about each and every patient. You are not just a number in their eyes, you are a human being. I am speaking from a providers office perspective. Rosie is a wonderful representative who goes above and beyond for the patients and is also available on weekends for urgent matters. Mike, the owner is also a very nice gentleman with great expertise along with having the right staff as a part of their wholesome team.
