Services
Options Home Health is a licensed and Medicare certified home health agency that has earned deemed status from the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC). Founded in 2010, we have grown from a two-person agency (an RN and a physical therapist) to a successful, profitable company with a full staff of clinical and support employees.
Assess and monitor patient's condition, educate on disease process, manage post-surgical recovery, provide medication management and education, wound care, chronic disease education and management, and interventions to reduce the need for hospitalization. Assist with activities of daily living, provide personal services (bathing, grooming, dressing) and perform light housekeeping tasks.
Skilled nursing home care is provided by highly trained Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) all of whom provide a high level of medical care. Home care nurses provide some medical treatments, help patients manage chronic diseases, as well as short-term medical needs. Intermittent home nursing care is appropriate for patients recovering from a recent hospitalization, illness or an injury.
When you or a loved one need help dealing with an illness, recovering from surgery or navigating the challenges of aging, a home care aide might be exactly what is required. If your beloved senior needs assistance with personal care activities, our professional home health aide services are here for you.
What does a medical social worker do? These professionals help patients cope with illness and changes in life by short-term counseling, long-term planning, and access to community resources and services. Medical Social Workers (MSWs) also assist patients who are in at-risk circumstances or are experiencing hardship.
