Great service! Our AC stopped running and needed to be replaced. Jason came out, gave us a reasonable quote and loaned us a portable AC unit to stay cool until the system could be replaced the next day. After the guys came out to do the work, Jason came by personally to inspect everything and make sure we didn't have any questions.

When we moved to Frisco back in August I found Legend Air on Yelp, tried them and loved them. They installed a Nest thermostat, replaced the drip pan, installed a UV light in the attic to keep from getting mold, unclogged the drain pipe. I purchased they monthly maintenance plan for $15 per month. But then the honeymoon ended in February.
In February I called them out for a strange noise. After checking it out they found the problem and told me they will get the part needed and we needed to repair as soon as possible to avoid further damage. Welllllll, I waited and waited then 2 weeks in I started

Legend Air is now my go to company for any AC issues. Our AC unit needed to be replaced in 100+ heat. Mr Jason the owner was a part of every step of the way. Was kind enough to loan us two brand new window air conditioners to help us stay cool until the replacement was complete.

After getting a few bids, we chose to work with Jason, owner of Legend Air Heating and Cooling. He is easy to work with, professional and responsive. Reasonable prices. Spoke with the owner on 7/19 to schedule an appointment to do a walk through and quote on replacing my HVAC duct work.
Sent a text with my address and phone number.
Scheduled 7/21 between 2-5. No show.
Disappointing to say the least.
We need these repairs and he came highly recommended.

We had a problem with our AC and suspected a leak back in March. We called John Maple - US Marine HVAC which was highly recommended at Nextdoor app but he didn't deliver. Same problem came up again this month but I have a feeling it's been going on and was never really fixed as our electricity usage continued to spike and our home not getting cold enough. We called that same AC repair guy again but because I have a lot of questions and I don't understand why the issue was not fixed the first time he came he started giving an attitude and being all defensive. I have been having my home a/c system (17 years old) serviced by Legend for a couple of years. I had Jason come out during the 1st part of the summer for my annual service. We discussed a new unit & I said I needed to get through one more summer with this one. Done.
I recently started shopping new units, received several estimates (one was in excess of $13000.00) for a similar unit as to what was in the house. I received my last estimate from Legend.......the difference in price from a large corporation
