As owner of Fournier Law, Gena brings a diverse set of experience and skills to the practice. A 1998 cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, Ms. Fournier has worked in both the private and public sector in a number of areas of law. She utilizes her more than two decades of experience to fight for the things in life worth fighting for and to get the results you deserve.
Richelle M. Marsico has been practicing law in the State of Florida for over 18 years. After serving in the United States Air Force, Ms. Marsico graduated with high honors from The University of Tampa with a Bachelor's Degree in 1998. She attended Stetson College of Law and graduated with honors in 2002 earning her Juris Doctorate.
Amanda Wall has 31 years of legal experience in litigation including Family law, Civil and Criminal, and was the Administrative Magistrate for the Second Judicial Circuit for six years. She has been a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator since 2008. She is a Qualified Parenting Coordinator, Guardian Ad Litem, Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator and has been trained in Eldercare Mediation.

This firm was referred to me by another reputable attorney. I transferred my retainer and scheduled an appointment. I was charged an outrageous amount for a phone call. My first appointment with her was me rehashing my horrible marriage and child custody. Gena already had my file from my previous attorney which stated everything. She made me feel like I had to pay her thousands of dollars to gain custody and win my divorce. After I left my appointment I felt worse about my case and even felt like a failure as a mother. Two hours later I called and fired Gena. Only to find out my husbands attorney

Pads out the billing to the point of being ridiculous. For instance, I was charged half an hour for her to read a 2 page document! She also immediately pulled out representation of me simply because I sent her emails regarding my case. She racked up $7K in just 2 months and doesn't even have the expertise to back up such ridiculous charges! Completely dissatisfied
