I've been seeing a chiropractor regularly for years prior to moving to Hawaii so I'm pretty knowledgeable about my condition and what works for me. Bought a Groupon for (which never specified that there would be 2 appointments for the 1 adjustment) We drove all the way from Kaimuki excited for relief and instead found out we'd just be getting x-rays and pictures done (where the doctor was NOT wearing a mask the entire time and at one point required us to remove ours). Dr Chip is amazing! After receiving treatment for several months my body feels better than ever. I have a physically demanding job and I started having a lot of lower back pain so I went to see Dr. Chip. A few adjustments later and the pain had subsided considerably. Never written a Yelp review this is my first and probably only. Every thing leading up to the adjustments was good the adjustment were rushed in my experience with other chiropractor you get a quick massage and as they make adjustments they go back check there work that's not the case here. I knew after the first adjustment it was a pay for what you get kind of thing but honestly not worth it I have extreme upper back pain never had upper back pain before. Was introduced to this Chiropractor from the hubby as he found him through a Groupon special. So being that we all need chiropractic care I hoped on and set an appt. Now, we don't live near but a drive to the windward side is always nice and don't mind the drive.

He always checks my Profile on his computer before he starts adjusting me.

Dr. Chip is my new hero!! I scheduled an appointment for my husband because his back was all out of whack from a 6 month deployment. He got us right in and there was no wait time (which is kind of awesome for Hawaii). He took ex rays and showed us the difference between his spine and a "normal" spine. I've never been to a chiropractor that didn't include an adjustment with the evaluation appointment. I had to schedule a second appointment just to see if I liked his adjustment technique (all chiropractors are different). Also, the eval discussion was very rushed and he wasn't really interested in my concerns or what I was told by previous chiropractors; he just kept saying they were wrong. There wasn't really explaination as to how his x-ray observations/evaluations were different from previous chiropractors I've seen. Loved going to Dr Chip! He carefully evaluates your condition and gives you a comprehensive treatment plan. After the first adjustment, I already felt a huge difference. I recently bought the package deal from Groupon for me and my girlfriend. I was presented with bad attitude and snarky responses to my questions when I was seen by Dr. Chip. Also it felt entirely rushed. I don't ever want to rush through any appointment having to deal with my health, especially if it includes adjusting my spine! Also there is only 3 chairs for anyone waiting to be seen. So if you're elderly or have problems with standing for a long period of time, I don't recommend this place for that as well.

Bought a groupon for my other half to use at this office which included one chiropractic consultation, one exam, X-rays and three follow up adjustments....long story short this office charged his insurance what was suppose to be included in the groupon he purchased. ALSO My mother in law purchased that same groupon and paid out of pocket for her follow up sessions and they still charged her insurance company so luckily she checked her insurance statement. And when she called the office and questioned the charges they said they would refund her $300 dollars. So this company was trying to bill her

Id prob give this place more of a 3.5 but it was good for what it was..... they had a good special price going that included an xray which was insightful to see... however this place is super busy and you kinda just feel like just another ticket number... and theres nothing private feeling there.... the adjustment table is in an open room and other pple sit there all watching you as they wait their turn....

I found out about this place from a Groupon that I purchased. My neck and back has been bothering me a lot more than usual, from work and life in general. I used to get massages done monthly but stopped my membership a few months back. Massages would help a bit, but I felt as if there was more to it. A gem in the middle of Kaneohe town!
I am starting my third week of treatment with Dr. Chip. He is quick and efficient and even taught me a few stretching exercises I can do at home to help with my shoulder issue. I am an event photographer who is always carrying camera gear and it's important for me to keep correct alignment... in recent years due to crazy circumstances my neck is straight no c-spine curve (very bad). Dr. Chip has been working with me to realign my spine. I have felt better and slept better for sure in the last few weeks. I track my sleep with my Fitbit, I am definitely getting

When you meet dr. chip, he is very honest and upfront about his practice and what he believes chiropractic should be. I love his take on how chiropractic is a way of life and should be the same as going to the dentist, its a wellness thing. His methods are different from most traditional chiropractors, but it's good because he actually focuses on trying to get you well enough to where you won't see him as often. Most other practices will do the opposite and try to get you to see them as much as possible. Anyways, great philosophy and I'm proud to say he is my chiropractor.
