Before becoming a founding partner in the Davis Kelin Law Firm, Zackeree S. Kelin started and ran the Kelin Law Firm, P.C., where his work focused on the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, civil rights, and complex litigation. Zackeree is also a former managing attorney for DNA-Peoples Legal Services, Inc. ("DNA"), the oldest and largest poverty law program in Indian Country.
Lauren "Lor" Martinez is a native New Mexican, born in Las Vegas, NM and raised in Albuquerque, NM and has been working as a Legal Assistant for the past eight years. I went to Davis Kelin Law Firm after Liberty Mutual offered me a insulting settlement for my injuries in a rear end accident. My mistake was not going to them right away instead of trusting the insurance company to do the right thing. With their help I was finally able to get Liberty Mutual to give me a fair settlement. Don't waste your time, get them involved right away for a fair insurance settlement, let them protect you and fight for what you deserve.

I asked Ben to investigate if I had a malpractice suit against my former family law attorney. Although there was not enough of a case for Ben to pursue, he did help me with a restraining order the former attorney filed due to the suit investigation. Ben has gone above and beyond. I am eternally grateful Ben took that first appointment with me. My experience with attorneys has not been the best, but Ben restored my faith. I would recommend him to anyone that needed a personal injury attorney. I just wish he did more law, I'd recommend him to everyone!

I was at a hotel in Gallup, NM and was injured when I slipped-and-fell on black ice in the hotel parking lot. I later found out the custodian forgot to salt the area where I fell. I contacted the hotel and got nowhere with the its liability carrier. I'm a trial attorney in L.A. and called Ben Davis to whom I have referred a number of clients over the years. Ben Davis is responsible for giving my life back! Through litigation in a malpractice suit against a firm responsible for me going to prison for 34 years.
