Comprehensive medical services at East Valley include yearly physical checkups, preventative care, health screenings, immunizations, chronic care treatment, x-rays, and lab work for patients of all ages. Our GYN services were created to help improve the lives of women by integrating personalized care through wellness and treatment.
East Valley Community Health Center employs an all-encompassing behavioral health staff that provide an array of services to improve the quality of life for each patient and their families. We offer integrated mental health services ensuring our patient's mental health and medical needs are met. Individualized treatment plans are designed to identify each client's specific needs.
It is our goal to provide you with convenient, on-site full-service pharmacy as a way to deliver superior patient care. Our patients can benefit from getting all their medications before they leave the Health Center, and gain access to medication consultation with a licensed Pharmacist. The pharmacy and its professional staff play an integral role in the management of your healthcare needs.
We offer confidential and quick HIV testing. If you test positive, our wide-range of medical and support services provide you with all the help you need to get treated. Confidential, rapid HIV testing (rapid results within 1 minute) as well as standard testing. When taken consistently, PrEP has been shown to effectively reduce the risk of HIV infection.
View your Medical History such as allergies, immunizations, procedures, instructions from your doctor, treatment plans, and insurance information. Patient Education such as checking your symptoms, reading material, and health decision tools.

Terrible place to go in my opinion. I went there about two weeks ago with some chest congestion and a cough. I’m not sure the doctors name but she didn’t listen to anything I said that was wrong. First off they sent me to my car and then called me which I don’t understand how you diagnose somebody like that. Anyways the doctor proceeded to tell me I had symptoms I didn’t have and ignored what was actually wrong. So here I am still dealing with the same problems I was having when I went In there. I don’t recommend this place at all.

I’ve been on hold with this doctors office for a literal HOUR. Tried to do the call back option instead & they NEVER called me back! It shouldn’t be such a hassle just to make an appointment for my child. My other child has Kaiser and they would NEVER, they ALWAYS get back to me within a decent time frame. Not to mention that the nurses who do blood draws don’t even know what they’re doing, last time we were there they had to switch arms bc they couldn’t find a vein yet they put the needle in anyways. Seriously unprofessional & now i’m in the process of getting my kid a new health care

I take back my positive review...this place is a nightmare. They forgot to send off my son's blood samples. the blood samples went bad and they want more now...what a joke. If they can't simple hand over blood samples to lab I don't trust them with anything else. if you can just avoid this place...also look around on the floor when you get there...there will be roaches.

At first it was overwhelming because it was so hard to get them on the phone , I had to physically go in person to make an appointment, but after that and meeting the dr. S & nurses I absolutely love the service and how serious they took my concerns and had all the answers to my questions. Very clean nice and professional.

Took over a year to come back because of forgot how rude and unprofessional this clinic is. The last time I came I gotten a test the nurse helping me was also rude and then I needed to go back for a follow up well I had 15 minutes before closing and find it closed. I waited the entire 15 minutes outside the location to see employees come out. So they closed early without posting a sign. Most recently I come for testing again and the front desk gets a call while helping me and leaves me waiting as they take the call, awful service.
