With every one of my clients, I make the promise that they will not find another real estate agent that has the same level of respect and admiration for their property as I do.

Bean Station was named after the Bean family who established the first permanent settlement there in 1776. By the early 1800s, 3 tavern/inns had been licensed in Bean Station. The most notable was a 2-story log tavern built by Thomas and Jenkins Whiteside. By 1825, a 40-room red brick addition to the tavern was built, making it the largest inn between Washington, DC, and New Orleans.
The selection and purchase of lifestyle or country real estate can come with a unique set of requirements for a buyer. If you are like thousands of others you are seeking something in the country, something right outside of the city or are looking for a unique property, but finding the exact lifestyle property you are in search of can seem like finding a needle in a haystack.

Wilbur Hite was a supremely helpful and knowledgeable agent. He made the process so easy. It was a very hard time as we suffered a death in the family and had to move out of state. Wilbur made accessing and handling everything from another state so much easier. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else. I will recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell property in TN!
