I have only written 1 other bad review in my whole life, because I normally want to fix it/ go over it with the company itself. This was the first time I used a carpet cleaning company to naturally clean my rugs and runners. I had 8 rugs to be cleaned, all just daily dirt ,no (pet) stains. All medium to high pile, in white/off white/cream colors, except for 1 that is mainly black with some cream. Sienna at scheduling was very friendly, as well as Justin when he came in. He was very honest about the cleaning level, that it would not look brand new but that we would definitely be happy. He worked

I had great experience with barefoot organic carpet cleaning. We had two rooms and an area rug cleaned, they were cleaned quickly and look great. Also there was no noxious smells like some other carpet cleaning places which my family really appreciates. We will definitely use barefoot organic again in the future!

We have used Barefoot Organic Carpet for about five years and are extremely pleased with the professional service received. Jason arrives on time, always cleans our carpet thoroughly, and is friendly as well as efficient. We also appreciate the care taken to protect our walls with guards during the cleaning process, leaving our home just as it was found only better because the carpets look wonderful. In addition, I am extremely sensitive to chemicals and aromas and have experienced no issues with either afterwards. Many companies promise satisfaction but few deliver like Barefoot Organic!
