Services
Bring our food truck out to your private event or celebration, we will setup shop with the truck and provide our Korean tacos for your party. 2 hours included and $650 minimum. For distances farther than 30 miles there may be a charge, or restrictions, please inquire with details when submitting catering form.

Finally tracked down this truck so that we could try their food before committing to their catering. Thank goodness we did because the food was just okay. Tried the spicy chicken, steak and cauliflower tacos as well as the Mexican street corn. The tacos were decent but the Mexican street corn was underwhelming.
The gentlemen that was running the truck was not friendly and when asked about catering service he replied "just check the website." Maybe he was just having a bad day but we plan on going somewhere else for catering service now.

Oh my gosh!!! So good! I got the Allison and Annabelle tacos and they were so delicious. My husband got the Elise and Evelyn and he said they were amazing--he said it's the first time he has ever wanted seconds from a food truck. We got our kids the chicken quesadillas and I definitely snitched from their plates since it was so good. Would definitely recommend!!!

Called to double check their location and Sam (I believe that was his name :) answered with amazing customer service.
I am originally from California so I am used to fusions but Taco Choi is definitely unique and unlike any other.
*Definitely recommend and a must try if you are in the area*
I didn't try the elote, quesadilla or nachos but tried the the rest of the tacos because . . . Why not right? Overall a really good experience (food taste, customer service and speed of service as well.) Will come back to try some of the other menu items. (from what we had, the steak and spicy pork

I'm the pickiest eater in the world. I actually dislike regular tacos and always am asking for things without onions or jalapenos, etc. I stumbled on your taco truck the other day and ate three tacos and they were SO GOOD. I didn't even try to pick anything off. They were delicious exactly as you served them! I will definitely be back! My boyfriend was amazed I didn't want to change anything 😅

THE MELTED CHEESE ON THE BOTTOM
I'm obsessed with this food truck, for the following reasons:
1. The aforementioned cheese on the bottom. I don't know why it's so good, but it really sets these tacos apart. It's the perfect way to still enjoy the cheese without it getting lost in all of the other flavors.
2. A vegetarian option that isn't just mushrooms!
3. The price! 3 tacos for under $10?? Yes!
4. They are soooo good and the staff is so kind.

So, so, good! Been wanting to try this place for a while, so when they happened to be nearby we jumped at the chance. And so glad we did, the meat was so savory and even unexpectedly we really enjoyed the dark meat chicken tacos. We got the Evelyn (hot chicken), Annabelle (sweet chicken), Annie (steak and the wife’s favorite), and the Elise (pork and my favorite). The Choi style tacos shells with the toasted cheese topped kept it al together and a hit with everyone. Love this place and can’t wait to try them again.

We were fortunate to have this truck come to our apartment for dinner one night and OMGGGGGG, it was amazing. We got all of the tacos, the corn, and a matcha limeade. We literally almost went back for seconds. The food was unique, flavorful, and the cheese on the tortillas is a game changer! Our order was ready in record time, and the staff brought it around to me, since I can't reach the service counter. If this truck is near you, don't miss out. I hope it comes back near us soon!!!

Let me start off with a song, "I just can't get enough! I just can't get enough!" Ok. I hope the melody stayed in your head! This gift from the God of Tacos is on wheels, so you might need to track them down, but DO! They were amazing. The flavor profile was mind blowing and their options were solid! AND you can eat as many as you'd like! You heard it here first! EAT, smile, repeat! Seriously great tacos, BUT even better service. I met most the team over the evening (well when you go back and back and back for more it happens). Everyone was so nice, positive and they remembered

This was a nice taco truck that was parked outside of FlyteCo brewery. Their options that day were chicken, pork and veggie.
Being a man who likes his meat, naturally I went with the chicken and pork. I even went back for seconds. The tacos had really good flavor. Both meats were incredibly tender and super juicy. There were great sauces on them and the tortillas were covered with crisp cheese which was an AWESOME touch. They also had a sample of elote which was great!

My brother is a great cook and one of the most random things I look forward to is when he melts cheese and crisps it on the pan. So imagine my delight when Taco Choi came along proclaiming to do the very same thing my brother does but on the outside of a taco shell... mind. blown. Dreams you never knew you had come true, people. They do.
In our little group we got the Annabelle, the Evelyn and the Elise. They were all delicioso but when we got to the Elise, there were audible, "This is THE taco. This taco is IT" type sounds coming from all of us.

Well what can say?!?! Choi Taco is an awesome spin on Korean Mexican fusion. The flavors are 100% on point. To be honest I was really hesitant that a Korean Mexican fusion would work, but they really just make it work! It's an unforgettable taste and every bit makes you want to keep eating more.

Was invited to Taco Choi for food tasting before their grand opening and it was amazing! I had a wonderful experience. Super friendly people and lovely food! I tried the Annabelle and Evelyn and even they are still working on finalizing the flavors but it was just super tasty the shell is mixed with cheese and the meat is marinated really good! I loved their matcha! I'm not a big matcha person but omg I fell in love with their matcha drink! It was so so good! It was original Japanese matcha!
