Kinetic Physical Therapy is a physical therapist owned practice founded by Fawn Coussens, PT, MSPT in 2009. Our mission is to provide excellent quality, individualized physical therapy while empowering patients to reach the full vitality in their bodies. We are committed to caring for all people and helping them to improve their health, wellness, functional mobility and joy of movement.
All physical therapy appointments are scheduled for 55 minutes and are exclusively 1:1 with you and your physical therapist without use of aides or other support personnel. We will incorporate an individualized approach to assessing and treating your body's specific needs. TeleHealth appointments are 55-min treatments with any video-enabled device!

All appointments are scheduled for 55 minutes, 1:1 with your Physical Therapist. We will look comprehensively at your posture, movement, flexibility, strength, activities and more.

I would give Era ten stars if I could. Many know of the hopelessness that creeps in when you have dealt with chronic pain, the resulting depression and inability of no longer function. I have been dealing with pain and decreased function in the cervical, thoracic, lumbar and hip areas. I have perused answers/treatment for no less than 15 years. You name it, I have tried it. Let me start off by saying I had a knee surgery when I was 20 due to playing soccer. It was a simple tare but being a runner and active I've always had minor issues since then. I was told by several doctors this was just going to be the best I could get, and as I get older it will probably get worse. So flash forward 14 years, I'm told by a friend to just go see Fawn, "what's the worse that can happen, she tells you the same thing."
Sooooo, I'm not going to say they are miracle workers, but my running had changed, my knee pain has been managed and being 34 my knees

Fawn is very attentive and kind in her approach. I felt heard and cared for when I saw her. She took the time to look at my total body to gain a full understanding of what was going on. She gave me so many helpful tips and exercises to continue my healing. If you are looking for an amazing, knowledgeable, and warm PT place...I highly recommend Kinetic Physical Therapy.

I've had a LOT of physical therapy over the years and Fawn and her team are THE BEST. She cares so deeply and really takes time to understand you and your body. She's helped me tremendously with chronic back pain and my partner in his recovery from a torn Achilles tendon, amongst other things. We have both seen great progress from her exemplary care.

In 2016, I hurt my back causing a bulge at L5/S1. I tried two separate PT practices. The first made my condition worse, the second I had some improvement. I finally had to get a steroid injection to alleviate the pain and heal.
Flash forward to April 2018, while doing housework, I moved an 8lb object from one place to another while bent over. The twisting motion while bent caused my whole pelvis to lock up.
